About Lennart Skarsjo

We are a married Swedish couple who love Spain. We have been here to and fro for more than 30 years. We started with a semidetached house near San Pedro, then bought a villa in Nueva Andalucia. Since 2010 we now have this comfortable and lovely apartment in the heart of Nueva Andalucia. It's near to everything - you don't need to use the car - you can walk to all -supermarkets, banks, restaurants, shops, beach etc. Our children and grandchildren love this place and the urbanisation- it's nice and friendly- never crowded with people- you have a lot of space to swim in the pool or lie down on a sunbed.

Why Lennart Skarsjo chose Marbella area

We bought this apartment from an English couple.

They had had this apartment for many years. It was very well furnished and was situated perfectly- in the heart of Nueva Andalucia. We also liked that it was a corner apartment, you have the light and the sun all day and also a fantastic view from the terrace over the sea, Marbella bay and the mountains. Its ease of access to all -shops and restaurants and only 8 min walk to Puerto Banus and the beach yet

in a nice and friendly urbanisation, only 46 apartments ! We have repainted the apartment, bought new kitchen equipments, new furniture -new beds, so it's really in good shape.

We would like our guests to feel at home and that they will take care of it as if it was their own.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment is very convenient and comfortable.

The urbanisation is well kept, gated and safe. You can park you car next to the entrance or in the garage. The urbanization is fairly small and familiar- only 46 apartments with a lot of space in the public garden. Many of the owners have had their apartments for many years and live here for many months each year. During summer season most of their children and grandchildren are here.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment has central heating and air conditioning. It is a corner apartment which gives a fantastic surround view in three directions- the sea, the mountains and Marbella and brings much light and brightness into the apartment. The apartment is ideal for 2 - 4 adult persons or a couple with 2/3 children. Outside: There is a big terrace with entrance from the living room with a fantastic view over the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar and Africa. You have the sun the whole day. As the apartment is a corner apartment you have also a panoramic view over Marbella and the mountains. The urbanization is gated and secure and has a well kept mature and big garden and two swimming pools for the residents and the apartment guests with sun beds and sun umbrellas. The swimming pools for the adult is approx 10 m x 20 m in length and swimming pool number 2 - the children's pool is approx 4 x 10 m in length. There is plenty of room in the garden and the swimming pools as the urbanization is small - only 48 apartments(! ) The apartment and urbanization is very centrally located - at Centro Plaza with a numerous of attractions- shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks, cafés and much more. And you have 8 minutes walk to the beach or the port of Puerto Banus. Utility Room: Drilling machine and some basic tools Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Professional Maid Service cleaning including linen change before and after each guest. The urbanization also has a property manager to attend when needed. Other: Entrance hall with fitted wardrobe

    25 % non-returnable deposit required to secure the booking, the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.

    When our guests are staying longer than two weeks we can give a special offer of 10 % discount of the total amount.
