2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom luxury retreat in a rural setting.
The conversion of this former methodist chapel to a luxury residence was completed in January 2012 and has been sympathetically undertaken using quality materials, top-end finishes and the latest domestic technologies, as you can see from the gallery. Located At the end of a quiet lane and set over two floors, the property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms - one en suite - a double height living room with wood burning stove, a large dining and entertaining area and fully equipped kitchen. The sleepy village with its pub - a two minute stroll from the property - is perfectly located for access to not only numerous walks, cycle routes and other outdoor leisure pursuits but also many of the must-see gems dotted around this part of North Yorkshire and beyond. Please note, no pets allowed.

Fabulous location, stunning property!
An exceptionally high standard property conversion. Highly recommend this place for a quiet getaway from it all! Incredibly comfortable, well equipped, clean and wonderful welcome pack. Thank you Gwendolyn and Peter, couldn't have asked for more!! Will continue to recommend and plan a return!!
Just book it!
Wow! Great conversion, modern, clean, comfortable. Everything you could possibly need. Great location, good local pub close by. What more can I say, just book it. Thanks Gwendolyn. Hope we can return.
Fantastic break and property
The property really is stunningly appointed and although they are good, the photo's do not do it justice. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and all the fixtures and fittings were modern and of a very high standard with incredibly comfy beds. The welcome pack was a lovely touch, too. The kids thought the whole place was brilliant! Gwendolyn was really helpful throughout the whole process. We had a few questions that she was always prompt in answering and provided us with tips on where to eat etc. The deposit was returned straightaway too. It is in a very quiet location which is great for 'getting away from it all' but also very close to Flamingoland, Malton, Pickering, Castle Howard et al. 5 stars is the least it deserves. I think we'll be back....
Gwendolyn and Peter accommodated us at very short notice and their Chapel is simply stunning. They have thought of everything you could need for a perfect stay and we would highly recommend a stay here. Thanks again for a great weekend, we will be back!!!
A lovely chapel that has been converted to a very high standard - our kids couldn't get over the funky bathroom taps, they thought it was the coolest place they've ever stayed in. Lovely open-plan layout, well-equipped kitchen, super-comfy beds, fab bathrooms, fluffy white towels - and the whole place beautifully finished.
The converted chapel was absolutely stunning. The highest spec materials
have been used throughout. The place ouses quality and comfort.
The welcome pack was a lovely touch and again was full of quality produce.
We look forward to staying again soon and wouldn't hesitate to
recommend it to others.
