Villa Casablanca, Oasis de Capistrano, Nerja, Costa del Sol, Spain - Peaceful Location In The Beautiful Oasis Gardens With 2 Communal Pools And Children's Pool

Lovely refurbished 2 bedroom villa situated in an excellent location on the beautiful Oasis de Capistrano. The generous lounge is furnished with 2 leather sofas seating 5 with an additional sofa bed. There is a 32" flat screen cable TV and DVD player.

Unlimited Wifi access included.

The lounge in Villa Casablanca has air conditioning for cooling in the summer and heating in the cooler winter months. Three south facing double patio doors open on to the large sunny terrace which is equipped with stylish modern sun loungers, large dining table and 6 chairs. Free standing Barbeque.

The large roof terrace is accessed via a spiral staircase. This terrace has sunshine from sunrise to sunset.

The American style kitchen is extremely well equipped with cooker, halogen hob, microwave, dishwasher, large full size fridge/freezer and ample kitchen utensils.

The generous air conditioned master bedroom has king size bed, bed side cabinets & fitted Spanish style wardrobes. The attractive en-suite has glass shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. Opening window with delightful views of the Oasis gardens towards the sea and Moorish Aqueduct.

The twin bedroom is also fully air conditioned and has an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath.

Unusually for Spanish villas, there is a very useful cloakroom off the hall and lounge area fitted with toilet and hand basin. The washing machine is installed in this area.

My favourite villa in Nerja

I’ve stayed on the complex a number of times but this is my favourite villa. Its quite fabulous! When my son and friend found out that it had WIFI they voted it their favourite too!

The owner tells me it was the show villa when the Oasis was being built and I can believe it. It is quite a bit larger than many of the villas we’ve stayed in with. The lounge has two leather sofa’s, DVD, TV and air conditioning. It is very spacious with windows down pretty much the length of it which open out onto a huge sunny terrace with views out over the greenery of the Oasis and out to sea. There is another terrace above this, reached by a spiral staircase which would be fantastic for sun worshippers but too hot for me! I prefer the wide terrace below with its awning for shade - we always had our breakfast outside listening the birds singing and a last glass of wine or two on an evening. Super.

The kitchen was new and very modern. it was quite unlike the tiny kitchens we are used to in Spain, more like a UK one, really well equipped; there was a fantastic cooker that we scarcely touched, a massive fridge freeze. microwaver a dishwasher and even a coffeemaker.

The bedrooms both had air-conditioning which was a life saver. Some of the vials that we have stayed in were stifling on a night. Both were en-suite which was good and the beds comfortable. The bathrooms both had showers (one had a bath too) and were spotless.

Its a very short walk to the two lovely lower pools in the Oasis and we let the two boys go backwards and forward unsupervised as there were no roads to cross and the lifeguard always

The owners must use it regularly themselves as everything was immaculate, quite tasteful and looks to have been recently updated.

It took us about 15 mins to walk into town and we did that most days but there is a bus stop at the edge of the Oasis. It was 1Euro for the ride into town.

Another lovely relaxing holiday in Villa Casablanc

This is our sixth stay in Villa Casablanca.It has the space and facilities we like for a very comfortable relaxing holiday. The sea views from the large spacious terrace are a joy. We always find the villa clean and well presented.If we need any help with anything,the owners, Bob and Jane are always available,very friendly and cooperative. We have booked again for next year.

Villa Casablanca

We have just had a very enjoyable week at Villa Casablanca. The villa was clean spacious and well furnished with a well equipped kitchen.

The patio areas were excellent with exceptional views we enjoyed some wonderful barbecues with great weather.

The local information provided by the owners proved most helpful.

We felt the single beds were a little creaky for adults and the towels were a little thin..

Overall the villa was excellent value for money and we would not hesitate to re-book or recommend it to friends.

The grounds including the swimming pool areas were beautifully kept with exceptional flora.

The area is excellent for beaches and sightseeing. The local bus into Nerja provids a great service linking you with excellent bars and eateries.

Overall a great holiday.

The towels are supplied by the servicing agent, we have today contacted them and they have assured us they are in the process of replacing the older towels. Villa Casablanca is a delightful airy holiday home for a couple or families of up to 6 people. Villa Casablanca is in a prime quiet position with easy access and parking close to the property. When the property was purchased in 2002 the layout of the villa was 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom only. We have modernised and refurbished the property to make an excellent 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with the added benefit of a useful cloakroom. The design of Villa Casablanca, as the original showhouse, is an excellent property. and makes the most of both the early morning and evening sun with excellent views to the sea, gardens and Moorish Aqueduct. .

Nearest Airport : Malga at 55 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : El Fuentes at 150 Metres Nearest Golf : Baviera at 10 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : El Fuentes at 150 Metres Nearest Ski : Sierra Nevada at 120 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Burriana at 150 Metres Car: recommended


Burrianna is Nerja's largest and most popular is approximately 15 minutes walk away. The beach has many bars and restaurants. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire. The usual water sport facilities are available, also a Padi Dive Centre.

There are many more smaller, quieter beaches conveniently allied to Nerja town.


The nearest airport is Malaga which is 45 minutes drive away.

Taxi transfers can be arranged with a reliable local company.

Car hire is not essential but would be an asset for access to Granada and other places of interest.

A local bus stops at the entrance to the Oasis operating a shuttle service into and around the town.

Two excellent supermarkets are within easy reach of the villa.


The famous Nerja caves are 3km, Maro 2km. Frigiliana 10km.

Torrox costa 12km.

Further Details:

There are 2 very well stocked supermarkets within easy walking distance, fresh bread, fish, meat etc., also newspapers

The local tennis club is near the supermarket and is available for the use of non-members. This also has a good bar/restaurant available to non-members

A large indoor swimming pool and local sports centre, again close to the supermarket.

There are several banks and cash machines in and around the town.

The focal point is the famous Balcon de Europa, in this area you will find all types of bars/restaurants etc. also each side of the Balcon has a small excellent beach with beach restaurants.

Nerja has a thriving tapas culture many bars where tapas is included

in the price of your drink. Tapas can range from prawns to small kebabs, cheese, olives, various fish and other small plates.

Well worth seeking out whilst out and around town.

Villa Casablanca has an exceptionally well equipped and large terrace which has a very high degree of privacy suitable for sun worshippers. The modern sun loungers and dining furniture are of a high standard. The terrace is equipped with a retractable sun canopy for complete shade with an additional shaded area formed from split cane allowing part sun and part shade over the dining area.

Children over 5 years of age only. Sorry pets not accepted. PLEASE NOTE WE CAN ONLY ACCEPT SATURDAY CHANGEOVERS AND BOOKINGS FOR FULL WEEKS DURING MAIN SEASON. SOME FLEXIBILITY OFF SEASON. Outside: The huge terrace is very private and has sunshine from sunrise to sunset. The terrace is furnished with ample good quality furniture Access to the roof terrace is via a spiral staircase. Utility Room: There is a a small utility room off the hall where the Zanussi washing machine is installed. The utility room has a wash hand basin and W.C.
