Ancao beach is approx. 1.5km walk. Praia de Garrao beach is a 5 minute car journey which has numerous water sports and beach restaurants. The Ria Formosa Nature reserve is 1.5km from the villa and is an ideal place for walking and bird watching.


20 minutes from Faro airport, car hire is recommended.


Nearest supermarket, bank and Quinta shopping 5 minutes drive.

The small town of Almancil is a 10 minute drive and it has a large excellent supermarket (Apolonia).

The bigger market town of Loule is a 20 minute drive away and is well worth a visit.

Villamoura with its marina and golf courses is 20 minute drive along the coast.

Waterparks are within 15 minutes drive.
