Lovely villa in Nerja

Excellent villa with amazing views from the balconies and roof terrace. Very spacious and clean .This property has everthing you need. Although we didnt use the bus service into town , there is a bus stop right outside the property. Very peaceful location . Caroline the owner was very helpful and answered any questions we asked. We would definitely recommend this villa.

Excellent Villa in Nerja

I would highly recommend this excellent villa situated in Capistrano Village, Nerja. High quality accommodation in a peaceful and scenic location. Access to Nerja Town and Burriana Beach is easy. This property has a bus stop directly outside and a taxi to Nerja Town costs 7 euros. The villa has an excellent main terrace at the rear which offers a sea view. Access to a communal private pool is a short stroll away. The villa was very clean and obviously well maintained. This villa provides an excellent base which allows you to create a home from home, however the excellent restaurants and bars in Nerja should not be missed. Try Paella on Burriana Beach or Tapas in a bar in the Town. Good value and excellent quality.

Villa in El Capistrano

Had a fantastic holiday in Nerja. The Villa is beautiful, clean and has every thing you need. Its like been home from home.

The owner was very helpful and answered many of my questions. Very friendly, Thank you.

I would recommend this villa, its the best I have been to in this area. I will be booking for next year.

Wound recommend a drive into the mountains and eating tapas from local restaurants.

The beaches are just beautiful too, our two children loved it.

We stayed in this very nice house in May at the time of the San Isidro fiesta. We had a wonderful time The house is large and very well equiped and really lacks for nothing. Highly recommended

Idyllic Spanish Gem!

Fabulous holiday in Nerja. Villa was lovely,clean and spacious. Peaceful location and stunning views of the coastline. Plenty of nearby beaches to chose from or pools on-site if you don't feel like venturing too far.Fantastic local cuisine and reasonably priced. Ensure you check out the authentic tapas bars. Paella on the beach is a must!!

Very attentive and helpful owners. Would recommend this property. Will definitely be returning!

Our Villa has been in the family for 25 years and i have spent many holidays here both as a child and with my husband. It is a lovely peaceful area and very convenient for local amenities. Capistrano has a lovely feel and is immaculately maintained.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Nerja has a stunning coastline with many lovely beaches up and down the coast, from small secluded beaches to busy vibrent beaches such as Burriana which is only a 2 minute drive, this beach has a large selection of bars, shops and restaurants, which some are famous locally for excellent paella.

Travel:

malaga Airport (40 miles, 40 min drive)

Granada (70 miles, 80 mins drive)

Almeria (90 miles, 100 mins drive)

Distances:

Nerja Caves (5 minutes by car)

Frigiliana (15 mins by car)

Granada, Alhambra Palace (90 mins by car)

Seville (2.5 hrs by car)

Cordoba (2.5hrs by car)

Further Details:

Nerja is a lovely town, which has retained much of it's Spanish charm and hasn't changed much over the years, the town provides great restaurants and tapas bars to suit all budgets.

If you have a car there are some great places to explore up and down the coast and towards the mountains, if you would like any further information please do not hesitate to contact me.

If the booking occurs within 8 weeks of departure, the full balance will need to be paid to secure the booking. We also require a housekeeping deposit at time of booking which will be refunded once you return from your stay.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday and this applies April to October. We can be more flexible during the off-season (November to March).

  • Notes on accommodation: Please note the accomodation is no smoking and we do not allow pets WI-FI available in all areas of the villa Outside: There is a large dining terrace (table with 6 chairs) with sun awning accessed via two double doors from the living area, steps lead down to a private walled garden with a lovely manderin tree. From the upstairs landing there are double doors leading up to the private roof terrace with stunning panoramic views, where sun loungers are available. The main bedroom has a terrace with sea views. Parking is available outside the property. There are 3 large communal pools one specifically for children, The pool areas are beautifully maintained and have snack bars and sun loungers to hire. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and hand and bath towels are provided, beach towels are not provided. The property is cleaned, linen & towels changed before all arrivals. if you would like these changing inbetween your stay, this can be arranged at an extra charge
