This frontline 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is postioned overlooking one of the Communal Swimming Pools and Gardens and has a large terrace leading off the living room and bedrooms, that looks directly out to sea. All the rooms are on one level. The complex has 29 properties on it and has two Communal Swimming pools and gardens for your use. Both are within easy walking distance to the beach and local bars and restaurants, and on the bus route to the nearby coastal town of Nerja, or Malaga for sightseeing or shopping trips. Local shops are a 5 minute drive away into either Nerja or Torrox Costa, and El Ingenio shopping centre is a 15 minute drive away where there are numerous larger stores and stylish boutiques.

Sorry we do not take bookings for Hen/Stag Parties. Outside: The complex has 2 communal (unheated) swimming pools, toilet facilites and manicured gardens with a bench where you can sit and ponder. The Frontline apartment has it's own large terrace overlooking the larger communal pool and gardens. There is a table and seating, with umbrella, for up to 6 people. Sunloungers are provided. The property has spectacular uninterrupted views looking directly out to sea.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach is Penoncillo Playa which is a 5 minute walk away.

There are long stretches of beach along the coast road leading in both directions to Nerja or Torrox Costa, both are a 5-10 minute drive. But if you are feeling adventurous you could walk them & it should take around 35-50 minutes. Once in Nerja there are numerous coves & also the large beautiful Burrianana Beach with Diving and Water Sports. At all three beaches you can sample Spanish, English & Continental cuisine & Sangria.

Travel:

All the properties are only a 45 minute drive away from Malaga Airport.

Car hire would be recommended if you wish to explore the surrounding villages and towns.

A local bus will take you into nearby Nerja.

From Nerja, buses also run frequently into Malaga and Granada.

Booking Notes:
The rental basis is per week is to be paid in Euros with all bank charges payable by the holidaymaker. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

To secure the booking a non-refundable deposit of €100 is payable with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival.

If we do not receive the balance by the due date, we will treat the booking as cancelled by you, retain your deposit and re-let the property, as agreed by you in our Terms and Conditions.

A €200 refundable deposit is also payable with the balance to be held against damages and breakages. This will be refunded once your have departed the property and it has been checked over and everyting is found to be alright.

Changeover days are flexible.

Access to the accommodation is after 16:00 and you must vacate the accommodation by 10:00 on your day of departure.

You are expected to leave the property in a clean and tidy condition.

Notes on prices:
Easter, Xmas and New Year weeks, prices are €470 per week.

Airport Transfers can be arranged upon request.

Welcome Packs available at a cost of €35.00 per property.

Travel Cots and High Chairs can be hired at an additional cost.

Beach/Pool towels not provided but can be hired at an additional cost.

Bedding and towels are changed at the mid-point of holiday for stays of 10 days and every 7 days for stays of 14 days or more.
