Sleeps 3. 2 bedroom apartment. Set in the picturesque village of Ingleton in the Yorkshire Dales this first floor Mews Apartment sleeps up to 3 people, has two bedrooms and is an excellent base for walkers and outdoor enthusiasts. Ingleton sits at the foot of Ingleborough, one of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and is within short driving distance of the Lakes and the Howgills. This two bedroom apartment is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts with so many attractions on the doorstep.

It has its own private entrance and staircase, a large walk-in storage area for equipment and bikes that can be used as a drying room for walking gear. The apartment also has dedicated off road private parking for one car, additional cars can be accommodated.

About Jacqui Knowles

I was born and bred in Yorkshire, moved to Manchester to do my degree and then settled in Sale. I'm a freelance consultant working around the North West and bought this property as a first step to moving to North Yorkshire permanently one day.

I have been a keen walker for over twenty years and my favourite areas are the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales. I have met lots of people who love this area as much as I do and so I have embarked on a plan to build a portfolio of properties specifically for people who want to enjoy this part of the country.

Why Jacqui Knowles chose Ingleton

I feel as though I have come home when I come to Ingleton. I am a 'Yorkshire Lass' who has been living in Manchester for the last 20 odd years!

I love walking in this area, the limestone scenery is breathtaking especially on a sunny day. There are so many places to explore that are in easy reach from Ingleton and for the fittest there is always the Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge, I still have to complete this. Maybe this year!

What makes this apartment unique

The property is within walking distance of Ingleton village centre and a short drive away from Settle and Kirkby Lonsdale. This is the only apartment on the site to have its own private entrance and a walk-in storage area which is ideal for storing bikes and climbing equipment as well as drying wet gear keeping the apartment itself free of steaming clothing!

Notes on accommodation: Unfortunately we do not accept pets and there is no smoking permitted in the apartment. The property has an open staircase, so if a child safety gate is required please mention when booking. Outside: The property looks out onto a courtyard from the Juliet balcony. There is an off road, private parking space allocated to the apartment. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: Bed linen and towels are included in the price and changed on changeover. The property is cleaned on changeover. Guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure. Other: Ground floor walk-in secure storage area separate from the apartment is ideal for drying wet gear and storing climbing gear and bikes etc.

Well appointed apartment in attractive village

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed. We mainly came to the area for walking, for which it was very conveniently situated.

The property was in a convenient location and had plenty of information on local amenities.

Clean and comfortable it made a homely place to stay. Plenty of towels provided.

A welcome pack of tea, coffee etc. and milk in the fridge was appreciated.

Would recommend this property to others.

A pleasant apartment and in a delightful area

We had a very good time in the apartment and Dales based around celebrating my mother's 80th birthday.

The flat had everything we needed (except hanging space in the single room). The kitchen was well equipped which was good as we do tend to have a couple of cooked meals when we are away. The flat was clean on arrival and the file provided all the practical information for the flat and there was plenty of local tourist available.

The area is beautiful - walks were possible from the apartment and there are so many pretty villages and towns to look at as well as the general scenery.

lovely modern property

We had a lovely stay. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and little things like a high chair and stair gate make things so much more relaxing. Lovrly views from the front room. A great week away. We will be going back soon!

Damage Deposit £100

Booking Notes:
Reservations are made on receipt of a 25% deposit (plus a damage deposit of £100 which is refunded 14 days after your stay) and confirmed with receipt of the full payment which must be received within 6 weeks of the arrival date.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday for weekly stays. Arrival anytime after 3.00pm and departure by 10.30am.

Notes on prices:
Rates quoted are per week (7 nights). Shorter breaks are occasionally available, minimum 4 nights, please enquire.

Prices include bed linen, towels and reasonable use of electricity.
