It is a 10-12 minutes walk to the beach and Praca with a great selection of restaurants, while the tennis academy and pool is just a 5-minute walk (fees may apply). The exclusive self-contained resort has a children's club/creche, crazy golf, a health spa, supermarket, boutique shops, beauty centre, news-agent, bank, medical centre and has 24-hour security. The apartment is professionally managed. The 2 championship royal & ocean golf courses are a 2-minute drive. There is also an internal circuit bus available within the resort, all available at extra charges. Faro airport is 20 minutes.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment sleeps 5 people maximum; the Master Bedroom has a super-king bed, can be convert to two singles, there is also has a cuddler chair bed, with patio doors to a Juliet balcony. Bedroom two has two single beds, can also be made into a king size bed, patio doors to ample sized terrace with a double rattan sun lounger. Both bedrooms have 32’ TV/DVD. There are two newly fitted bathrooms, the family bathroom has a bath/shower, with double sink vanity units and the en suite has a luxury spider shower. The living area has a modern contemporary feel with an open plan well-equipped kitchen with an induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The lounge area has a 42’ Plasma with free view channels/sky box, Apple TV with a wide selection or films & a Bose dock for music. The lounge opens to a large sun terrace with rattan cube furniture ideal with relaxing and al fresco dining. Broadband & AC are both available for a small charge. Outside: The small block of apartments is entered via a wrought iron gate with a few stairs leading up to the front door of the apartment, located on the Ru Das Acacias, a very quiet tree lined one-way road. The rear of the property overlooks the mature gardens. There is a small children’s play park just 3-4 minutes away. The area is very quiet and peaceful but very safe and monitored by security 24 hours a day. The Tennis Academy is just 5 minutes walk away there is a swimming pool, cafe, bar and restaurant. Facilities also include a gym, sauna, massage, internet access and 14 tennis courts (local charge applies). Barrington's 5 star health club/spa is also just 4-5 minutes away, facilities include outdoor and indoor pools, gym, spa, sauna, jacuzzi (local charges applies). Utility Room: Utility cupboard housing an iron, ironing board, mop, bucket, vacuum cleaner. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels changed once a week (Saturday). Maid service for cleaning is once a week. We do not provide beach towels, please bring your own. Extra maid service/cleaning available at extra charge. Other: The apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets allowed. There is a Safe available for use in the master bedroom.

A fabulous family holiday

We really couldn't have asked for more when arriving at this beautiful apartment. With 2 small children, easy is at the top of the wish list for holidays and this certainly was. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully renovated and decorated and huge!! It was in a perfect spot for the beach, pool and exploring further afield. A real home from home. We will most certainly be back next year. Thanks for all your help Maria, we loved it!

Pristine accommodation

Returned to vale do lobo after being there in July this year on a family holiday. Came this time with my eldest son who is a very keen tennis player. Rented Maria and Lee's apartment for the first time and certainly won't be the last. Location was perfect for tennis academy which is literally minutes away. Academy is amazing with excellent coaches and facilities. The apartment is immaculate throughout and extremely modern and luxurious. Couldn't have asked for a more comfortable apartment. The photos don't do it justice. Even my son gave it a 'wow' when we opened the door for the first time! Couldn't find fault with anything. Twenty minutes walk to the beach which is simply beautiful. Even saw a pod of dolphins swimming so close to the shore one day. Maria was so helpful from start to finish and therefore I would recommend anyone to rent from her.

Thank you Maria and Lee. It was a privilege to stay in your beautiful home. Looking forward to returning next year for sure. x

Perfect Place

We enjoyed our holiday at 859D so much the apartment has every thing and more than mentioned in the listing, beautifully furnished equipped and spotlessly clean, The owners were so easy to contact and thought of everything in their information pack, perfect. The resort itself is so peaceful and tranquil and in the evening the restaurants and entertainment in the Praca are perfect. The service offered by the circuit bus is amazing.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The Praca Beach is two kilometers of golden sand and is just a 10-12 minute walk. There are sun loungers and parasols for rent on the beach. There is also the Maria’s beach (Dunas Durados) this is a quieter beach.

Travel:

Faro airport is only a 15-20 minute drive away. Car hire can be arranged but is not a necessity in Vale do Lobo. A taxi from the airport is approximately €35 one-way.

Distances:

Almancil is a 10 mins drive away.Vilamoura is a 15 mins drive away.

Faro is a 15 mins drive away.Qunita do Lago is a 5 mins drive away.

Albufeira is a 25 mins drive away.Loule is a 15 mins drive away.

Further Details:

The tennis academy pool is just a few minutes walk away. Vale do Lobo welcome cards available at £30 per person, which offers free use of internal circuit bus.

The Praca has something for everyone with live music and entertainment (face painting and ballooning at peak-times) and 15 restaurants where you can enjoy international cuisine.
