This unique detached individual villa is located in an elevated position and enjoys one of the best views across La Manga Club to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean . Al Fresco dining can be enjoyed at the poolside terrace or the conservatory area which was recently designed to ensure the fabulous views can be enjoyed at any time of the day or night, all year round. The accommodation is on three levels with all living area, dining, kitchen and cloakroom on level entry with the terracing wrapping around the property. The extensive south facing swimming pool enjoys privacy and sunshine. The Master bedroom is on the upper floor with dressing room and en suite bathroom with private terrace commanding fabulous views. Three further double bedrooms are on the lower floor, a guest suite with dressing room with en suite facility and a further two double bedrooms and family bathroom. Terracing on the lower floor has independent access to the swimming pool .Entrance to the villa is via electronic gates and the property is set amidst its own private secure garden. For those with young children a secure gate has been provided which can be used to completely close off the pool and immediate poolside terrace area. Inside the property the owners have also provided excellent fitted stair gates. Baby equipment is also available.

About Owner

Our family visited La Manga Club over many years and we finally bought our villa in 2001. We now live here and have invested in additional property in this same resort. Our children are now grown up but visit us often as do many of our friends and extended family.

Why Owner chose Murcia - Costa Calida

Our decision was based on the wonderful location within this resort with the Mediterranean and Mar Menor Lagoon in full view. Our villa was chosen carefully as we wanted to be sure we benefited from the spectacular views over the golf course to the sea. Our villa is one of only four individual properties in a private cul de sac. Whilst we are in easy walking distance of bars, shops restaurants and supermarket, the location is quiet and the Villa is located at the end of a private cul de sac . The villa ia also just a few minutes drive to every other facility within the resort.

What makes this villa unique

The villa has a gated entry with access from the driveway straight to the front door of the property. The orientation allows for sun and shade throughout the day and the private pool terrace faces directly south. There are further terraces and wonderful views to the sea in one direction and to the Mar Menor Lagoon in the other.

Notes on accommodation: The master bedroom is on the first floor with wonderful views. The Living accommodation is on the middle floor , living room, dining room , kitchen plus two guest bedroms and guest bathroom. Additional guest toilket. The additional guest bedroom is on the lower floo. An extras bed is available.These Bedrooms have direct access to the private swimming pool and have private terraces. Outside: The pool is a private pool for the villa only and a good size. There is a deep end and shallow access via steps. There is a sun terrace area around the pool and further terraces on the upper levels. Garden table and dining chairs are supplied with a number of sunbeds and umbrellas for extra shade. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided . the property will be cleaned on arrival and cleaned weekly with a complete linen change. Further cleaning can be arranged if required.
