Notes on accommodation: With its elevated location, the villa has fantastic sea views,from both the upper balcony and any of the rooms on the ground floor. The villa has TV with DVD player,CD player for the music lovers, or even a full book case for those that like to just read & relax. Outside: The villa benefits from, 3 large patio areas, a large purpose built BBQ, and is surrounded by well maintained gardens. With plenty of sun loungers, patio furniture a good size swimming pool. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen are provided,although we do ask guests to bring their own beach towels. Maid service and mid stay linen changes can be arrange locally if required. Other: The villa has a storage closet located under the stairs, where the sun bed cushions,ironing board and clothes airer etc,are kept. There is also a digital safe for clients use.

Well what to say apart from a truly amazing villa!! Everything you could possibly need for a dream holiday. Relaxing by the pool to watching the sunset and the beautiful views from the villa were truly wonderful!!! We had a fab 8 days there and would certainly return and recommend. Situated in a very peaceful village and ideal for exploring, although a car would definitely be needed. Can't say any more except thanks to Ken for letting us stay at his beautiful villa!!!!

We stayed in this villa which is situated in hills of kamaras village.

It has spectacular views and a lovely pool.

When we were there it was extremely quiet there only appeared a very small number of other residents/other villas occupied.

We visited kamaras club on a number of occasions which was good, food very good and has wiifi we even joined in their quiz one evening.

The villa catered for our every need, very clean and nicely set out with two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground.

Very steep steps up to the villa however so not suitable for persons not able to climb.

The owner was very helpful prior to our going, by email however directions to the villa were awful especially late at night!

Location

Special interest holidays:

Clay Pigeon shooting, Go-Karting, Golf, Para-Sending and all water sports can be found on the island.

Coast/Beach:

Both Coral Bay Beach, and Paphos Harbour & Beach are only a 15 minute drive in either direction.

Travel:

Paphos International airport is less than 20 minutes drive from the villa. We arrange for taxis transfers, if clients are taking the option of using the Jeep at the villa, or guests are free to arrange their own car rental themselves.

Further Details:

The Kamares Club , is a great focal point for the social life of Kamares Village. The restaurant & Bar act as the perfect place for a morning breakfast,a lazy lunch, or a romantic dinner. Local shops, supermarkets, bars & restaurants are all within walking distance.
