This is a beautiful 1 bed, second floor apartment with modern furnishings on a well maintained quiet complex. The apartment is located on a hillside and has uninterrupted sea and mountain views. This apartment has a covered parking space and is overlooking the communal swimming pool. The Peyia village centre is a few minutes walk away where you can find numerous tavernas, supermarkets, a couple of butchers, a fishmonger, and other amenities such as banks, post-office, internet cafe, and cafeterias. Peyia is situated a couple of miles inland from Coral Bay, 20 minutes north of Paphos and less than an hour from Paphos airport in western Cyprus. The best beach this side of the island is 5 minutes drive away at Coral Bay, and this resort also offers a wider choice of night life to suit most people.

About Dimitris Nalbantis

I live in Kent with my wife and our 2 teenage children. We enjoy travelling and sightseeing and we use our apartment in Peyia whenever we need to slow down from our busy lifestyle and are in need of rest and relaxation. My wife and I love the apartment for its remoteness and its peacefulness while the kids love it for its proximity to the busy life of the Coral Bay beach and resort.

The main reason we bought the property was the great location. Situated on the Peyia hillside it enjoys fantastic sea views and offers a feeling of isolation while at the same time it is only 15 mins walk away from the busy village centre where you can find all necessities and 5 mins drive from one of the best beaches on the island.

What makes this apartment unique

The good size balcony is ideal for sunbathing during the day and dining or relaxing during the evening hours.

Great apartment and views

My young son and I have just spent a lovely 9 days in Peyia. Dimitris' flat didn't disappoint with lovely views towards the sea. The apartment was as described, clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including ice blocks and a parasol which are always useful.

The walk into Peyia village is about 15 mins. I would recommend a car if you are going shopping as the apartment is quite high up and also for exploring the surrounding area, lots to see and do. We didn't get to use the pool as we spent sunny days at the beach, but I'm sure if the weather had been hotter during our stay we would have done.

Thank you to Dimitris, who was quick to reply to my messages. The booking process was very straightforward and a lady from the management company popped by on our second morning to check that everything was ok, which was very nice.

I would recommend the apartment and fingers crossed its available for our next Cyprus holiday.

A clean and immacutely presented apartment in a lovely location

Thanks for a wonderful stay at a well equipped and well presented apartment. The apartment was exactly as described in a fabulous location with beautiful views. The facilities were good, including the lovely pool within the complex and the accommodation was immaculately clean. The surrounding area of Peyia provides everything you would need for a self catering holiday with bars, restaurants, shops and leisure facilities. I would suggest a car to see the beauty of the surrounding area and it would help with getting to the apartment and to the beaches.The sea caves are lovely to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunset but the balcony at the apartment is just as good for the views.

I received excellent customer service from both Dimitris at the booking stage who provided all of the details quickly and they were accurate to locate the apartment on arrival.Additionally, Lisa the accommodation representative was helpful for anything i needed and was available if I needed her at any time during the week. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and anyone interested in going. Thank you for a wonderful stay and the only thing that would have made it better was a hairdryer in the apartment but not really a big issue to take away from a lovely stay.

Weston super mare

An Exceptionally lazy few weeks!

Thank you for a great couple of weeks stay.

I have lived in the village of Peiya for many years until recently and wanted to enjoy the village experience on my holiday.

The property didn't disappoint, great location - best to hire a car in the warmer months it was high forties during our few weeks there and to walk any distance required effort as property is fairly high up in the village but rewards you with great views and sometimes a light breeze if you're lucky.

Everything inside the apartment is there for you if you need it, and Is comfortable too with plenty of balcony furniture and a BBQ which was a great addition to our lazy evenings.

Local supermarkets - Phillipos in the village & Coral bay, Papantonios in Cholorakas are all well stocked, Carrefour and Lidl in upper Pafos

Are ideally placed if you've just come off the motorway from your adventures on the island.

We ate out a lot and Savvas Restaurant in the village provides great local food and entertainment some nights but go head to Coral Bay as we did and visit Andria restaurant for a truly exceptional meal or two provided by Marios and his team.

Thanks to the apartment owner, Dimitris, our few weeks away were perfect.
