This is a 2010 built first floor apartment with stairs and lift access in a apartment and townhouse has a spacious living area, the apartment benifits from the sun on the rear of the property in the morning, making an enjoyable breakfast on the rear balcony looking over the country landscape. About Brian Davis

the property is a holiday home for our family to enjoy till our retirement. My wife and I live in Northumberland. the property was chosen off plan back in 2007 for the quiet location and the closeness of the village. we are a couple who prefer the quiet relaxing holiday as opposed to the night life of bars hence the quiet location. The property was eventually finished in 2010, which was quite a wait but worth it.

We bought into the village life as this is a quiet location and a short drive from the airport and motorway connections.Paphos is about a 10 minute drive on the motorway or slightly longer if you take the scenic route on the B6 through towns. The village does have a bus service timetable available in the apartment, but a hire car is recommended and the driving is the same side as the is well situated for walking into the countryside and just a few minutes into the village with bank,mini market and tavernas. the location of the apartment is so that you can have a breakfast in the sun in the morning off the bedroom and lunch,dinner on the terrace in the sun. the apartment is situated in the second of two apartment blocks

What makes this apartment unique

this is a first floor apartment with lift and stair access the car parking is a covered bay which is a benefit in the hotter days. the apartment has tv with dvd player and dvds, internet access . ,all kitchen facilities,air con with en-suite/shower to bedroom 1 and safe for valuables, all beds are singles with ample wardrobe space, the apartment is on one level with a spacious lounge and patio area, which includes a partially covered terrace with furniture and loungers. The property has a sea view over the village and a picturesque view over the countryside front and rear.The apartment benefits from a on site manager for any queries. the access to the building is by entrance key to the main lift area or telephone door point with electric opener.

Notes on accommodation: We are a new build by the pafilia construction company on the outskirts of anarita village. Views over the village and countryside and close to paphos airport but not on its flight path. The complex offers a communal pool and sunbeds with outdoor showers and toilets. Easy access to the a6 motorway link that takes you into paphos or out to lemisol or nicosia. The apartment sleeps 4 guests all with single beds. Kitchen and living area fitted with the usual requirements. Short distance to village with mini market, bank and tavernas we hope we have covered every amenity for a comfortable stay. Outside: The gardens are landscaped and are now looking in a mature condition The complex is small, quiet with 3 communal pools on site. We have a rear balcony shared by bedroom 1 and 2 with bistro table and 2 chairs and large patio area off the lounge with covered area, table, chairs and sun loungers. The complex is newly landscaped with plants, trees and shrubs. Close by is a small park area with swings and roundabout. Utility Room: Washing machine in kitchen area. Ironing board and iron. Clothes dryer and retractable wash line to the patio area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided, cleaning on arrival and departure dates extra house cleans can be arranged and paid for locally. Other: Dinning area with table and six chairs all patio doors and windows fitted with fly screens. Please be aware that this apartment is strictly a NO SMOKING area. Please respect our wishes. Excellent apartment with all amenities,

This apartment is in a lovely quiet village location, but only about 10 minutes from the airport. It is nicely placed for access to Paphos and the coastal villages either side of it, or, if preferred, within easy reach of the mountain villages. The apartment itself is clean and has a good standard of comfort and equipment. This was out 2nd visit to this apartment, and it will be our 1st choice when we decide to travel to Paphos again.

Amazing little home-from-home apartment

This place just has everything you could need. We had a mosquito candle we wanted to light and reallising there was an electric hob nearly gave up but found a lighter in one of the units in the lounge. Clean. spacious. light. fanatstic large balcony to eat or sunbathe on. pools were good although we mainly drove to the beach.. Great holiday. Thanks to the Davis'.

I would like to recommend the apartment but would prefer to keep it as our little luxury secret. So don't tell anyone.

Special interest holidays:

There are fantastic walks from the village up into the hills surrounding Anarita and Asprokremmos Dam. A short drive into Kato Paphos where there are many water sports activities such as diving, fishing, boat trips, paragliding and jetsking.


As Anarita is situated close to the coast a short drive on the b6 will take you to a number of beach side locations with the closest being at Mandria by car in just a few minutes. Mandria beach is long and unspoilt, an ideal spot to watch the sunsetting. A short drive along the coast takes you to Kouklia and on to Aphrodites Rock.


Paphos airport is a short drive from our location with taxi ranks at the the airport or a pick-up can be arranged for an approximate fee of 15/20 Euros(Max 3 people) Car hire is recommended to get the best from your stay.


The village of anarita is just a five minute walk with a mini market , taverna, diner and bank, a newly built italian restaurant. Close by is the motorway access that will take you into paphos 13kl or out to Limisol, Larnaca or Nicosia. If by chance you become home sick call into episkipi and see the british influence take shape with residence of the british forces.

Anarita is not far by car to old town Paphos with its indoor market and many side street shops. alternatively Kato Paphos (port of Paphos) on the shore line with its many souvenir shops and restaurants and fish restaurants by the ancient castle.A short drive along the Tomb of the Kings road is the "Tomb of the Kings" an ancient burial site, or press on further to Coral Bay or Nissi beach.Heading inland to see the Asprokremnos Dam and a drive up into the Troodos Mountains the place to be on a hot day for cooler temperatures. Travel on the B6 coastal route and visit Aphrodites Rock and birth place.
