This luxury, modern, south facing, ground floor apartment set within beautifully landscaped gardens and with fantastic views makes it a must for all potential holidaymakers. The apartment has direct access to the large shared pool, children's pool and jacuzzi. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and is set within a secure gated complex together with private underground parking. The apartment is a 5 minute drive away or 15 minute walk from the fantastic beach and port at Cabopino together with its many restaurants and bars. On site there is a excellent restaurant/bar and convenience store. Marbella is a 10 minute drive and Puerto Banus a 15 minute drive. The apartment is located adjacent to Cabopino Golf course and a short drive from the best courses on the Costa del Sol.

I am married to my husband Andrew and have two children. I am a housewife and JP and my husband is a recently retired professional footballer. We love our apartment at La Reserva, however due to the children's schooling we have made the decision to rent out our apartment when we do not use it.

We love our modern and well maintained apartment and the area of Cabopino and our apartment would serve as a perfect holiday home to a wide variety of holidaymakers.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in May with our mother's! The apartment was great, spacious and of good quality. Having 2 bedrooms and bathrooms meant we all had a little space from each other as well.

The gated complex is very secure and the grounds beatiuful. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were a real bonus.

The apartment has a good sized balcony that also has a BBQ, we used this most nights for dinner.

Location is great, hiring a car will help as there are so many places to visit.

The owners where great to deal with and helpful throughout.

I would certainly recommend booking this place.

We bought our property at La Reserva back in 2003 off plan and have enjoyed many fantastic holidays at our apartment since. The mature gardens around the apartment are amazing together with the large swimming pool, children's pool & jacuzzi. Cabopino beach and Port is unlike anywhere else on the Costa Del Sol. There are many great restaurant's and bars and the beach is amazing. The apartment is also close enough to the fantastic golf courses that are situated on the Costa Del Sol and also to the nightlife and shopping at Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Activity and Interests


The closest beach to the apartment is a 5 minute drive away at Cabopino. There are also many other fantastic beaches only a very short drive away. There are watersports available at the beach together with sunbed and parasol hire. Parking is easy and close to the beach.

Lifeguards are on duty and the gentle slope into the sea make the beach child friendly and safe.

There are several beachside bars and restaurants and the port area is only a 2 min walk away from the beach.


Malaga Airport is a thirty minute drive from the apartment. Gibralter airport is an hour's drive. Car hire is readily available and is highly recommended if you wish to enjoy the delights that the surrounding area has to offer.

Taxi service is another option available. There is a regular bus service from the bottom of the development to the airport and to Marbella and Fuengirola. There is also a direct train from the airport to Fuengirola and a taxi can then be taken to the apartment.


From the apartment Cabopino is a 5 mins drive away, Marbella a 10 mins drive, Puerto banus 15 mins drive. The typically spanish villages of Mijas & Benhavis are 25 mins drive. Fuengirola is a 15 mins drive and gibralter is an hours drive.

Further Details:

Within easy walking distance is the newly constructed commercial complex which includes an excellent restaurant/bar and convenience store. There is also a commercial centre at the bottom of the La Reserva complex together with large supermarket. There are many other large supermarkets along the coast road, together with banks and pharmacies.

The La Canada shopping centre just outside Marbella is a 10min drive away and is home to 150 shops. There is also the El Corte Ingles shopping centre in Puerto Banus. For those who wish to shop till they drop you must head straight to either Marbella or Puerto Banus.

For families there is a lot to enjoy incl Tivoli World, Selwo Safari Park, Waterparks, Sea Life Centre, Zoo and the monkeys at Gibralter.

There are numerous golf courses along this stretch of the coast which is known as the Costa del Golf.

The typically Spanish villages of Mijas and Benahavis are a must see and a short drive away.

Malaga, Granada and Ronda all make excellent day trips.

Market's are also a great day out and are held on a daily basis at different towns close to the apartment.

Changeover Day:
We are flexible as to both changeover day and duration of holiday. The cheapest flights into Malaga tend to be at the beginning of the week. You can therefore tailor your holiday to suit your needs and also the cheapest flights that are available.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property, per week in stirling. All prices include towels and linen apart from cot linen. Prices are available for shorter or longer stays. Special prices for long winter rentals of a month or more. Please contact the owner direct re any questions re pricing.

Our apartment is situated on the ground floor which makes the property the perfect base for those with families and older residents. There is also a lift direct from our underground car park. On site there is a newly constructed commercial complex just two mins walk, which includes an excellent restaurant/bar and convenience store. This is also complimented by the Commercial Centre at the bottom of the La Reserva development. The apartment and surrounding area's make this a perfect family holiday. However it can also be the perfect base for a golfing stay or holiday close to both Marbella and Puerto Banus.

  • Notes on accommodation: As this is a ground floor apartment it is perfectly suited to those with families and small children. No Balconies!! Also provided are highchairs, cots and a microwave bottle steriliser. The apartment is south facing. Air con for the summer months and heating if required during the cooler months. No smoking inside the apartment. Outside: The apartment has direct access to a very large communal pool, children's pool and jacuzzi. Sunbeds and fixed parasols are provided for guests. Showers and toilet facilities are also available. The pool is surrounded by beautiful gardens,waterfalls and olive trees. On an evening the pool is beautifully lit up. Our south facing large terrace enjoys the sun all day long. There are loungers on the terrace together with outside dining table and parasol and barbecue. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bathroom towels are included within the price, however, pool towels are not provided for guests. Bed linen and towels are changed on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned before and after each booking. Other: Our private terrace is accessed through the large patio door's leading from the lounge. A barbeque is provided on the terrace.
