A very stylish and contemporary cottage, situated in a stunning hillside location, within the Saltdean district of Brighton. The cottage has been finished to a very high standard with a modern contemporary feel and provides ample accommodation for families or groups of adults alike. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms with King size beds, plus a twin room a fourth bedroom can be used as a twin bedroom or a TV room, in addition there are 2 luxury bathrooms a modern newly fitted kitchen and lounge diner which both open out to a decked terrace with stunning sea views, and a beautifully terraced garden. Wireless broadband provided. Saltdean beach and swimming pool Lido is directly in front of the cottage a few minutes walk away, Brighton city centre is just 5-10 minutes by car, with a regular bus service running into the city. As well as Brighton there is much to see and do, including the South Downs National Park There is off road parking for 1 car and loads of free parking on the road.
Myself (Mike) and my wife Yvonne are now both retired and we really enjoy being able to share our home with our guests. Its been a real pleasure letting the cottage as a holiday let and we have met some wonderful people, some who return year after year. Each year we try to add something extra to the cottage to make our guests experience even more pleasurable. We try and offer as personal service as possible with our guests and like to handle all enquiries and bookings directly.

The Owner purchased this cottage in 2012
The sea and countryside views from the house are what attracted us as well as its location being close to Brighton and the South Downs. We also found it to be an extremely adaptable house being able to accommodate up to 6-8 people. Also its quiet location with no hassle for parking etc yet very accessible for exploring Sussex..
'The house is wonderful and we have all enjoyed our stay' Sargent family, Dorchester.
'Had a great time in Europe. Great house that is close to the city of Brighton. We will miss the view'. Speidel-Smart family, Nebraska USA .
'Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely house. Fab views, good times and happy memories taken away by all.'Caroline Selina Tom and Wayne.
What a fabulous place to stay!
We visited Panorama in August and had a fantastic holiday. This beautiful house was exactly as it looked in the photos. Clean, bright, modern yet welcoming, homely and very spacious and well equipped.
Our group included 7 people of various ages and we all had a great time. The house had plenty of room to accommodate us all and we all enjoyed sitting out in the sun on the 2 patio areas - beautiful view of the sea. The lovely garden was spacious and was enjoyed by the children (playing football) and the dogs (also playing football !) The large garden was fully enclosed making it suitable for the dogs and our youngest to play out there safely.
Saltdean is a perfect location for visiting places nearby - Brighton, Lewes, Birling Gap, Seven Sisters and fantastic for walkers - lovely walks in each direction along the coastal paths.
For younger children there is a lovely park within walking distance and the Lido is now open. The water was warm and the lawned area was perfect for relaxing in the sun.
There are plenty of places to eat and drink in the surrounding area but Rottingdean is especially nice and within walking distance.
Great house, Great location, Great holiday. Highly recommended.
The house was clean, well equipped, modern and stylish; the views from the balcony are wonderful and we spent many happy mealtimes out there. The owner was very helpful with any enquiries and it was a great base for outings to Brighton, Newhaven, Lewes and Worthing, as the bus services are very good.I would recommend it as a family house as the two bathrooms are very handy, but care would have to be taken with very young children as the garden has many steps.
There are plenty of shops, eating places and interesting towns nearby. Unfortunately the lido at Salt Dean is being renovated this year, but we loved Rottingdean, ten minutes walk away, which has many good pubs and tearooms, a lovely old CE church and a Catholic church.
There is also a park 5 minutes downhill from the house which is great for games for children.
We stayed here in the May half term with four teenage boys and my husband and I. What first struck me was how clean it was and for me that is half the battle. All bedrooms were beautifully decorated and spacious. There was a bathroom upstairs and downstairs, a modern kitchen which supplied everything you needed for your stay and more even a cafetier, brilliant.
The garden was the wow factor. The decking with that beautiful view of the sea was heaven and was used even in our lovely British climate.
The house was in Saltdean which was about 40 minutes walk along the promenade to Brighton Marina which has a huge Asda and also bowling, cinema and many many restaurants another 40 mins will take you to Brighton.
We took our retriever Charlie and all round Brighton they accept dogs in pubs and there are too many walks to mention. Would I return absolutely it was fantastic for the boys who spent most of their time in Brighton and on the beach and for us it was so relaxing. Mike, the owner, made it easy booking from start to finish. We had a great time thank you
