This well appointed upper villa apartment has access to a shared pool about 10m away. It has a balcony. The apartment allows easy access to the local beach and village which has supermarkets and a great selection of restaurants and pubs.There is a local market on a Wednesday and a Saturday. The apartment is within easy reach of a local 9 hole golf course and golf range and many other well known courses including the world famous La Cala Golf.

Lovely Home from Home

We had a really relaxing two weeks here. We are a family of two adults and two girls aged 9 and 13. We loved sitting on the balcony, we had a lovely view, playing games or eating lunch and it was a lovely sun trap. The pool was not far from the front door, and we loved sitting on the grassy verge, looking out at the blue sky over the roof tops. The apartment had everything we needed and spacious enough for the four of us. The town had a lovely beach, was full of great places to eat and shops for the girls to spend their holiday money and had a couple of good sized, well stocked supermarkets - it was about a ten minute walk and was uphill on the way back, but we enjoyed it and it helped burn off all the lovely things we were eating. The buses were good and we had some lovely days out quite easily. Lesley, the owner, was great and answered all my questions before going and made it stress free. Thank you x

Flights to Malaga are available with some economy airlines like Easy Jet and Ryan Air. It takes about 30 minutes to reach the apartment from the airport. A hired car is useful but the apartment can be reached by public transport.It is possible to arrange bus trips to sights such as The Alhambra in Grenada, Seville, Rhonda and Marbella

La Cala is a Spanish village which has many pubs ,restaurants ,banks and shops. There is a local market twice a week. There is a water park in Fuengirola as well as a Sea World.There are lovely harbours at Marbella and Benalmadena as well as a cable car to see the lovely view of the coast.

A 20 % deposit should be paid on booking with the balance being paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of one weeks rental will be due.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is usually a Saturday but this can be negotiated with the owners. Arrival is after 16.00 and the apartment should be vacated by 11.00

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
