Apartment El Conejo Blanco, in Cala'n Porter, Menorca, Balearic Islands - Perfect For A Family Holiday! Everything On Your Doorstep Inc. Beach, Restaurants & Supermarkets

Now available for bookings, a lovely non-smoking apartment just a 15 minute drive from the airport (but not under the flight path). The apartment is well equipped with everything you could need, including a new safe for this season. There are two bedrooms: a double and a twin with a further single sofa bed available in the lounge. It is a ground floor apartment in quieter Siesta Mar 1 development set in beautifully kept gardens with large pool and children’s play area. Outside there are two balconies: one to the front enjoying the afternoon sun, perfect for sunbathing and outside dining. The other to the rear with views towards the pool. You are a 10 minute walk to the beach accessed either by road or down the steps to the stunning horse shoe shaped cove (with bars/restaurants, shops and toilets/showers). You are a pleasant 5 minute stroll to the shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bank/cashpoint and pharmacy. If needed there is a laundrette located in the reception area of the Siesta Mar complex. The Caves nightclub (Cova D'en Xoroi) is certainly worth a visit - built into the cliff face, you can dance until dawn looking out across the Mediterranean towards Majorca in the distance, or indeed just enjoy a drink whilst watching one of Menorca's stunning sunsets in an incredible surrounding.

Why Debbie and Ross Morrell chose Minorca (Menorca)

We fell in love with this beautiful island the first time we visited. Cala'n Porter had everything we could ask for. We particularly chose this apartment for its location. It is on the ground floor, making access with heavy cases or shopping easy. The back of the property has a small balcony overlooking the pool which makes retrieving the children much easier! The front of the property has a large lawn, and with it being an end apartment it has extra windows making it light and airy.

What makes this apartment unique

The property is located away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for easy access to all that Cala'n Porter has to offer. Cala'n Porter has a lovely safe feeling where we have no concerns allowing the children to wander to the supermarket to fetch some fresh bread. They love this freedom. All in all it has everything to create a lovely relaxing family holiday.

Just to say a big thank you -'The White Rabbit' was a big hit with all the family! The apt was well equipt,clean and comfortable. The resort of Cala n'porter is excellent, we found the restaurants etc very good value for money,and of course we had wall to wall sunshine! we did not hire a car as we just wanted to 'chill' this time round, although we did get the bus & explored Mahon on market day.

So thank you once again from all of us.

A well equipped apartment close to the pool and beach

The apartment had everything that you needed including lots of games and DVd for the kids. It is close to the pool and only a 5 min walk down to the lovely beach with crystal clear water. The resort is small but has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. Having young kids we made use of a local pool which had water slides.

The kids were also very pleaded to find a toy white rabbit with their names attached on their beds up on arrival.

A restful conveniently placed spacious apartment

We were delighted to get into our accomodation at midday, which meant that we could catch up on some sleep after an early start. The accomodation was very clean and the kitchen had a great amount of equipment many pieces looked very new. Beds were comfy and rooms were kept cool with the fans. The accomodation is very conveniently located with bus stop to Mahon, supermarket and restaurants just 5 minutes away. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away. We loved the two balconies in the apartment meaning we could get sun and shade throughout the day. Calan Porter is a beautiful picturesque town, warm sea and beautiful beach. I have fallen in love with the place and is a perfect if you want to recharge your batteries.

Everything you need and more

What a wonderful place. We thought the apartment was wonderful. Comfy beds and good shower pressure are always important! It has great access to the pool and a short picturesque walk to the beach (with a good workout on the return up the 182 steps)! The apartment is very well equipped, including lots of extras, like music and DVDs, games, water toys etc. The location is great; a good distance to the restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed dining at Los Pablos and El Pulpo; our three year old son LOVED the nightly live tribute acts at Sa Paissa - Abba are his new favourite band! We rented a car so we could explore all that Menorca has to offer. We recommend a visit to the fort, La Mola, especially if you have a cloudy day and have kids to entertain as it is great to run around and explore all the underground tunnels. We also loved visiting the many water parks on the island and having fish by the harbour in Cuitadella. Cala n Porter is a lovely family friendly resort and is a short distance to the airport (12 min drive). It is a good location to explore the rest of the island too. All in all, a wonderful week was had, just a shame we spent have of it in the rain!

After just returning from a weeks stay I have the holiday blues!

This is a lovely little apartment that even with an 11 month son I struggle to think of anything that I was in need of!! It was a real home from home.

The pool is perfectly sized and we had it to ourselves most days.

The apartment is perfectly situated near the resort centre and the beach.

Would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in visiting again in the future.

A Truly Fantastic Holiday !!!

When we arrived at the apartment we immediately felt at home,it was lovely and clean and equipped with everything we needed & more to make our holiday perfect,there were little touches you don't get in other places,making it feel very special.We also felt pleased that the beds were comfortable as there is nothing worse than having a bad nights sleep on your holiday due to a bad bed which has happened elsewhere once before to us. We feel it was in the best location on the complex, near to the pool but never noisy & away from any nearby busier roads.It had a patio too the front which we used often to eat breakfast on or enjoyed a drink in the evening,plus a balcony to the back if you want to relax and enjoy the gardens and pool area.It has immaculate gardens which are tended to daily and made our whole experience so pleasurable. It's also close enough to local shops & restaurants but not enough to have any noise from them, very convenient when you need groceries or you don't want to walk far in the evening for your meal.The local beach is a 10 minute walk but once there it is everything you need for a lovely day at the beach,we would certainly recommend it as it felt safe plus the water was lovely and warm.We ate in many different restaurants in Cala Porter and all provided good food with good value for our money.

I felt the Service provided by the owners was First Class,any queries before our arrival were answered promptly and helpfully.We would definitely recommend this property to friends or relatives,and ourselves will return to this property, we couldn't fault anything about the property and felt its in the best location in Cala Porter.

Cala'n Porter beach is just a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Binibeca and Binisafua beaches are about a 10 minute drive by car. Son Bou about a 20 minute drive from the apartment. There are 125 beautiful beaches to choose from (more than Majorca and Ibiza put together!).


Mahon airport is about 8km away only a 15 minute car journey. Taxis Readily available at Airport. Transfer to the apartment will cost arond 25 Euros.


Next nearest village to Cala'n Porter is Sant Climent just a 5 min drive.

The capital of Menorca, Mahon 15 mins. The beautiful old capital of Ciutadella 40 mins. Fornells, a beautiful fishing village famous for its seafood restaurants 30 mins. Alaior, a traditional town with its narrow streets & coffee shops 15 mins. Personal favourite: Town of Es Castell, boasts the beautiful inlet Calas Fonts with many Tapas bars. Most easterly town in Spain so first to get the morning sun! 20 mins.

Further Details:

Cala 'n Porter is well known for its famous Cova dén Xoroi attraction,

an impressive natural space located in a beautiful cliff, touched by history... it is open throughout the day for drinks with stunning views out to sea and Majorca. The sunsets are spectacular and the nights can be spent dancing and exploring the many nooks of this amazing place. Without doubt a unique place not to be missed.

S'Algar is good for water sports including scuba diving. Fornells is excellent for wind surfing.

There is a golf course at Son Parc and also several horse riding schools on the island. Bicycles can be hired in Cala'n Porter.

There are markets at many towns around the island, the best ones being at Mahon and Cuitadella.

Within a few minutes walk of the apartment, there is also an array of shops, bars, restaurants (something for every palate!), supermarkets and pharmacy and of course the stunning beach!

We try to keep changeover day as flexible as possible, enabling you to get the best deal on flights. We usually only accept bookings for 2 weeks or longer in the high season. Arrival time is 4pm and departure is 10am (we will be flexible where possible).
