The apartment is decorated and fitted to a high standard and there is a rooftop pool and terrace with sun loungers provided.

My wife and I and our two children live in Benalmadena. I work in the UK so commute back and forth but the weather and lifestyle in this part of Spain make the journey worthwhile.
We live not far from the apartment so one of us is available should there be any unforeseen problems. We can also organise airport transfers should you wish. (subject to availability)

The apartment is located in a small, quite and well maintained complex and the owners, Jan and Steve, live in Benalmádena thus are on hand should assistance be required. The apartment itself is a modern, fully equipped and is located 200/300 yards from two large supermarkets and also the bus stops to Fuengirola, Mijas, Torremolinos and Malaga. The famous marina and beach are within a five minute walk and there are plenty of bars and restaurants close by. The roof top pool is rarely busy and is ideal for sunbathing or just chilling out. We have already booked for a further visit this year and also for one early next year.

Modern, spotless and very well equipped apartment which is located in a well maintained complex and whose owners, Jan and Steve, stay in Benalmadena with their two children and thus are on hand should any help be required. The very quiet roof top pool is an excellent spot to sunbathe .Two large supermarkets, a 365 day a year chemist are within 300/400 yds as are the bus stops to Fuengirola, Mijas, Torremolinos and Malaga. There are also a selection of restaurants/bars close by and the famous marina and the beach are less than 5 minutes away. The owner Steve picked us up at the airport and also picked us up for the return journey and subject to suitable timings we are sure that this could be arranged prior to arrival. We have already booked a further visit this year and also one for next year.
We stayed at the apartment in March 2015 for a 5 night break. The apartment was very clean and was well equipped. However the balcony was a little disappointing as the view wasn't very good. The view from the roof top terrace was really stunning. The pool was well maintained and there were ample sun loungers. We loved the location of the apartment as it was close to the beautiful marina and a lovely walk into the neighbouring resort. We would recommend Indian City for a truly lovely Indian meal and The Panda for a really tasty Chinese meal. Good value and plenty of food.
Very Modern Apartment
Excellent equipped apartment in an ideal location for easy access to supermarkets, marina, beach, bus stops etc.. Very well maintained and quiet roof top swimming pool with views of the surrounding area. The owners Jan and Steve between them picked us up at the airport and also picked us up for the return journey.
Enjoyed so much we have already booked the apartment twice for next year.
Could not fault this lovely apartment or the very accommodating owners Jan and Steve. On arrival at Malaga I text Jan and she ensured Steve was waiting for us with the keys and guided us around the complex. From the complimentary bottle of wine and water to the surprisingly comfortable sofa bed we could not fault this apartment. The unique selling point for this apartment is the location and the fantastic rooftop swimming pool with panoramic views. There were two supermarkets within a short walk and the major attraction of the marina less than a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend this apartment for families or couples.

Activity and Interests
5 minute walk to the beaches of Benalmadena to the east and Torremolinos to the west, where there are numerous chiringuitos (fish restaurants/bars).
Malaga airport is a 15 minute drive away. Car hire is not essential as everything is within walking distance. Should you wish to explore further afield there are many coach trips available and the tourist information office is just around the corner.
Sea Life in Puerto Marina - 5 minutes walk
Paloma Park - large park with lake where rabbits, chickens and peacocks roam free. There are two childrens activity areas along with areas for emus and goats and three cafes, 15 minutes walk.
Selwo Marina - situated next to Paloma Park, you will find penguins, sealions, parrots and dolphins.
Aquaparks - Fuengirola 20 minute drive and Torremolinos 10 minutes.
Marbella - 30 min drive
Puerto Banus - 45 minute drive
Gibraltar - 1 1/2 hours drive

A deposit of £100 is required and full payment should be made on arrival.
A refundable deposit of £125 for damages will be required one month prior to arrival. This should be in the form of a cheque, which will be returned or destroyed within 7 days of departure, providing no damage is incurred.
Apartment will be available from midday on the day of arrival and should be vacated by midday unless previously agreed with the owner.

“The apartment is one of only twenty apartments situated in a luxurious apartment building. It is close to all amenities, but not so close that you are disturbed by noise. Because there are so few apartments the swimming pool and terrace are rarely crowded, even in the height of summer. The entrance lobby has a water feature and a lift to all floors along with a marble staircase.”
