Apartment Stella is situated in Soline, a lovely seaside spot in the Dubrovnik riviera. It is on the second floor of the main villa with its own entrance 90 sqm surface. Sleeps up to 6 and consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 2 sea view balconies, air conditioned. A terrace in front of the house, under the shade of an olive tree, is cool and relaxing in the summer. Across the road to the villa a stairway leads you to a beautiful, peaceful beach. The property has its own private parking. A bus stop is a few minutes from the house and a regular bus service takes you both to Dubrovnik and the nearby town Cavtat.

Peaceful location

The apartment was located in a very peaceful location, however, the bus stop was just a few minutes walk away. The bus went to Dubrovnik in one direction and Cavtat in the other direction. We visited many locations, some walking some by bus and some by the little ferry and I have to say, they were all beautiful. The location of the apartment is very steep with lots of steps so not suitable for people with disabilities but we loved it. The owner Stella was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Stella for a lovely holiday in your home.

Wonderful holiday rental

This apartment run by Stella was everything its Owner's Direct billing had promised and, because of the kindness and generosity of Stella and her family, our holiday there was wonderfully relaxing and regenerating. Stella is a very attentive and considerate owner and runs the apartments with great care and efficiency. The situation of the apartment is excellent - the views over the sea are tremendous and it is close to the main road to Dubrovnik and not far from a good restaurant and a handy shop. Completing all this (and the repeated destination of our stay) is the compact and scenic beach which is 260 or so steps from your bedroom! The steps and the beach are maintained by the people of Soline who take great pride in providing just the right level of facility, keeping their tiny corner of the Adriatic accessible, magnetically attractive and non-commercial. Altogether we had a very happy and simple holiday in Soline and heartily recommend Stella's apartment.

Appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Dubrovnik et ses environs

L'appartement que loue Stella pour 4 personnes est propre, calme et idéalement situé pour visiter la Dalmatie du Sud et les bouches de Kotor au Monténégro. Il est de plus à 20 m de l'escalier qui descend à la crique peu fréquentée de Soline, aux eaux cristallines, chaudes et poissonneuses. NB : ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite compte tenu du nombre de marches à descendre et surtout à remonter après la baignade. La vue du petit balcon est magnifique !!! Sinon Stella est sympathique, souriante et à votre écoute pour vos besoins et renseignements. Juste un petit bémol : pas de climatisation dans la chambre du fond mais un ventilateur et ustensiles de cuisine limités. Ceci étant par rapport aux tarifs élevés pratiqués dans cette région de Dalmatie hyper touristique cet appartement a un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Frédéric
