A luxury ground floor apartment, furnished to a high standard. Marble floor, air conditioning and underfloor heating throughout. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with twin beds and a separate shower room. Both bedrooms have access to the private terrace. The large lounge/dining area has patio windows leading out to the terrace which overlooks the beautiful landscaped gardens and communal pool which are both attractively lit at night. There is a separate well equipped kitchen with a utility area. In addition, there is secure underground parking with a designated parking space. We have a no under 8's policy due to the amount of glass within the property.

We had a wonderful stay at your apartment. It was furnished to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds and all mod cons made it all the better. We appreciated the little touches such as hand soap, washing up liquid, cling film and toilet rolls etc. The use of pool/beach towels also saved on baggage as did having a washing machine available to use.

The pool and gardens were very well maintained and the location was great for access to the beach and promenade at Arenal. A 40 minute walk to the port area and a short car journey to the old town made it the perfect base for us.

Wonderful, first class apartment

What can we say, that hasn't already been said! Lydia and Ian's beautiful apartment definitely has the wow factor. Everything you could think of that you might need on holiday has been thought of, there really isn't anything that has been missed. The furnishings and fittings are very good quality and the apartment definitely feels more of a home than a rental property. Particular mention must go to the wonderfully spacious and private terrace and garden area, with a variety of comfortable outdoor furniture. Unfortunately we didn't get to meet Lydia and Ian, but their friend Kerry looked after us very well, though as everything was perfect we really didn't need to bother her, though it was good to know she was there if we needed anything. All correspondence from booking until we came home was dealt in an efficient and friendly manner. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this apartment, though a little bit of me wants to keep it all to ourselves! Many thanks, we will be back, Kind regards Alison, Tim and Lydia

First class accomodation

Wow the apartment was 1st class it had everything that we needed for our holiday.lydia & Ian went out of there way to make our holiday perfect.they provided a shower seat for us as my friend was disabled & because my friend had left her walking stick at home the very next day their daughter came to the apartment with a walking stick for her to use.we will certainly be using the apartment again thank you Lydia & Ian you are a lovely couple I cannot thank you enough for all your help.dot & Annie.xx

Superb modern apartment close to Javea's Arenal beachfront

Lydia and Ian have put a lot of thought into delivering a great service and ensuring you have everything you need to enjoy your stay at this immaculately presented apartment.

We texted Ian when we landed and he then met us at the property to show us around and explain how everything worked.

There is everything you could need, and more! We only stayed 1 week but could have happily stayed indefinitely. It is a little home from home. There are all kitchen utensils you could want, washer, iron, cleaning equipment, even a hoover, plus loads of books, video games and UK TV for those who hate to miss their favourite programmes whilst they are on holiday and internet connection that actually works!

The apartment is very spacious and the 2 bedrooms are separated by the kitchen and lounge in the middle, so our 23 year old daughter was able to enjoy her side of the apartment, with her own bathroom and access straight out onto her own patio area.

It is only a few hundred yards walk from the beachfront at Javea Arenal with all of its bars, restaurants and shops, or you can take a leisurely stroll down to the port about 30 minutes walk. Beautiful early morning walk if you like to watch or take photo's of the sun rising.

The gardens and pool were lovely, very clean and also very quiet whilst we were there.

We would definitely recommend Lydia and Ian's apartment and wouldn't hesitate in staying again.

Fantastic apartment in a great location!!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment earlier in the year. The apartment itself has everything you could need and more. A real home away from home! The location is perfect and the beach, shops and restaurants are all within a 5-10 minute walk. We really appreciated all the recommendations and helpful advice from Lydia and Ian and would highly recommend that you look no further if you're planning on a trip to Javea. I know that I will be hoping to return again soon!

Amazing property

This is the first time (ever) when we have arrived at a property and it was better than the pictures and what we expected. It had everything need for a great holiday. The apartment was spacious and everything was included in the price. No surprize extras payments for internet or towels or cleaning or air conditioning.

Location was also great - literally 5 mins slow walk to the beach, shops and vast range of restaurants.

Overall brilliant - we even extended our stay.

Simply wonderful

Just left this lovely apartment after a weeks stay. We have been to Javea numerous times before and stayed in a variety of villas and apartments, but of late wanted to stay within a short stroll of the Arenal beach and it's wonderful bars, restaurants and night time ambience. Having a ground floor with direct pool access is very high on our agenda and this apartment did not disappoint. Having an apartment furnished as a home as opposed to a rental was evident in the quality of fittings and decor etc. The block was lovely, well maintained and in an ideal location. The garden / patio area was also well furnished and comfortable to dine in with four sets of patio doors having access to this area. A well equipped kitchen, lovely walk in shower, air conditioning, underground parking, great security and nice sized bedrooms were all perfect for us, the only shame was that we had to leave! Communications and emails with regard to booking and payment details etc were also great and we were kept informed and had all of our questions answered. Thank you Lydia and Ian - already talking about booking next year. All the very best.

Location

From the Owner

We love to stay in Javea whenever possible and enjoy all the excitement and nightlife that is not available in the rural village where we live. The apartment's proximity to the beach, bars and restaurants makes it easy to enjoy oneself without having to drive. As it is our home, we hope that our guests feel that it is their home from home too.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Alicante or Valencia at 110 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : E15/AP7 at 25 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Javea Arenal at 200 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The Arenal beach is a beautiful crescent shaped sandy beach which is only a 5 minute stroll away. In the summer, it is attended by lifeguards, with children's play areas, volley ball facilities, water sports and disabled access to the sea provided by the Red Cross. Along the promenade at the back of the beach there are numerous bars and restaurants catering for all tastes at all times of the day.

Travel:

Situated approximately 1 hour from both Valencia and Alicante airports. Once in Javea, a car is not essential but useful.

Airport transfers can be arranged.

Distances:

Javea can be divided into 3 main areas, the Arenal, Old Town and Port. The Port and Old Town are a 5 minute drive or 30 minute walk from the apartment. Denia, Ondara, Calpe and Moraira are 15-20 minutes drive. We provide a folder in the apartment with information on the area and things to do.

Further Details:

Banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are all within short walking distance. Javea Old town has a morning market every Thursday and there are night stalls along the Arenal promenade. There are many activities from water sports to tennis available in Javea, including SCUBA which can be enjoyed along the coastline. Other big attractions close by include Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia, Mundomar and Terra Natura.
