Peacefully situated in the tranquil hills close to Banirras beach in a stunning and exclusive location overlooking a beautiful valley planted with almond and fruit trees. Idyllic swimming pool and terrace with mature palms and flower gardens. The villa is tastefully designed and features a very large living/dining area with fireplace and a piano. There is a large, well equipped kitchen and breakfast room. The master bedroom has a roof terraces overlooking the pool, gardens and surrounding hillsides. The house sits in 1.7 acres of land and is surrounded by terraces, dining and barbecue areas. The covered terraces make for gracious outdoor living. There is an outdoor heated shower room near the elegant swimming pool. Beyond the pool terrace and palm grove there's a sheltered area with a full sized volleyball court which can also be used for badminton and other sports. The villa is ideal for families and children. Wifi. Variety of great restaurants, bars and shops just a short drive away.

Amazing location and villa. Couldn’t have asked for or dreamt of more! Everything was perfect from the pool to the bedrooms that were cool even when it was hot! And even though I never wanted to leave the villa, in minutes we were at the most fabulous beach or quaintest village. I cannot wait to go back. It really did feel like a home away from home. N. The house was even better than expected! What a beautiful location, quiet, overlooking the valley, and what a lovely house! We felt at home immediately. Love this villa

Fabulous in every way.

We've visited Ibiza many times before but loved this villa. Not too far from anywhere, yet totally private and in the most beautiful area of Ibiza.

Benirras beach is a stones throw (walking distance should you fancy a stroll) with great restaurants and bars. Highly recommend and would be going back next year if it wasn't already booked for August : (

A beautiful stay!

Beautiful. Tranquil. Peaceful. Tidy. Spacious. Everything you would want for villa, this provides. I have never seen a building with so many different seating areas - in total 7 different eating areas if I'm correct!! I honestly cannot fault this villa, it was perfect. I would highly reccomend staying here for a family holiday - it is perfect for children. I would reccomend getting a hire car however.

A massive thank you to Frank who was so kind, useful and readily available to help us with any problems.

Gorgeous villa in a tranquille part of Ibiza

Loved our week stay here, the villa is beautiful and extremely clean and well kept. Large rooms and very comfy beds! :-)

The owner was quick to respond to queries and very helpful. Lots of information provided. The house keeper was very sweet and helped us organise car rental, along with recommendations for meals.

Had a fab time and will definitely return soon. Highly recommended.

A home from home

We spent a week at Finca Cana Pera in April this year. We stayed with our two teenage daughters and 9 year old son. They all had a great time. We have been twice before and it has become something of a home from home for us. It is a beautiful villa, very private, set in a quiet part of the north of the island. It is beautifully furnished. The rooms are spacious and there are many areas to sit outside. There are lovely views from the roof terrace which has a wonderful peaceful quality. My personal favourite though is the outdoor shower. The beach at Benirras is only a couple of minutes away in the car. There is a great atmosphere down there with some excellent restaurants right by the beach. For local shopping there is San Miguel, which is a delightful, sleepy little town. The Thai restaurant there was recommended to us but we did not get a chance to go. Our favourite local place to eat is Can Curune. The food is really good - you have to try the Paella - and excellent value. The people are really friendly there, opening up their shop for us at 11pm on the night we arrived. Frank will greet you when you arrive and show you around. He has lived on the island for years and is a great source of information.

Beautiful villa in stunning location

First impression was wow couldn't have asked for more exactly as described.

We were 6 adults staying for 1 week .

There was plenty of room inside and out catering for every need.

Excellent eating and relaxing areas, well equipped kitchen,

Spacious bedrooms all well maintained.

Swimming pool was idyllic with comfortable loungers.

Views from the villa were beautiful.

Wished we could have stayed longer.

Local beach with really good bars/restaurants is a 25 minute walk or 5 minute drive away.

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beaches is Benirrás which is less than a 5 minute drive. Benirrás beach is a favourite with locals – always popular but usually not over crowded. It is picturesque with crystal clear water and pebbly sand. It is ideal for snorkelling, exploring the surrounding rocks or relaxing on a sun bed. There are 4 beach restaurants famed for their excellent seafood. The beach is famous for its stunning sunsets which silhouettes an interesting rock formation and private yachts.

Local towns:

There are a number of picturesque villages in the area that are wonderful to explore. San Joan, San Miguel, San Lorenzo and Santa Gertrudis all have a selection of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars banks, pharmacies etc.

Beach: All of the Benirras beach restaurants are good for breakfast or lunch. Elements has the best views and a wonderful Mediterranean menu: elements-ibiza.com. Restaurante 2000 is renowned for its seafood: restaurante2000.es

Le Mode: Small unasuming restaurant on the left as you drive into Santa Gertrudis. Doesn’t look much from the street, but the food is wonderful and cooked with love. Great value and good service: + 34 971 197 949

Ibiza Airport - 30 minutes drive.

Transfers can be arranged from the airport.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Bookings can begin on Saturday or Sunday. Minimum booking is usually one week.
Checkin on your day of arrival is 2pm
Checkout on your day of departure is at 10am
Following checkout we will do our best to accommodate you and your luggage – subject the timing of the arriving guests.

INCLUDED IN THE BOOKING RATE:
Gas, electricity, wifi, linen, pool cleaning, bathroom and beach towels. Cleaning before arrival.
For 2 week bookings cleaning is done after one week.
The housekeeper will help with directions to the villa or offer to meet you at a local town to guide the way.
The housekeeper will greet you on arrival and offer advise about the house and local area, and answer any questions.
The housekeeper will be your local contact to help with any questions during your stay.

EXTRA CHARGE TO THE BOOKING RATE ON REQUEST:
Pick-up from the airport.
Additional cleaning on request.

NOTES:
You must inform the owners prior to arrival if the number of people in your party changes before your arrival date.
You must arrange your own travel insurance during your stay at the house.
Parties or events are not permitted at the house without prior permission.

CANCELLATIONS:
Up to 8 weeks before first day of booking – no cancellation charge
4-8 weeks before first day of booking – 50% of rate refunded
2-4 weeks before first day of booking – 25% of rate refunded
Less than 2 weeks before first day of booking – no refund
80% of rate will be refuned at anytime if we are able to rebook all the cancelled dates at the same rate as the original booking.

The £200 deposit is due at the time of booking. Once you have paid the full rate (due 8 weeks before your stay) the holding deposit converts to a security deposit against any unreasonable damage. The £200 security deposit is then returned to you one week following your stay.
