Within a 5 - 10 minute walk from all amenities. 10 minute drive from Guardamar local blue flag Beach. Fully furnished to a high Standard. Private walled gardens with patio area and built in charcoal BBQ. Located near 2 children's play areas and family friendly water park. Local supermarkets, restaurants, bars and 2 local villages are within a 5 - 10 minute walking distance. Approximately 35 minute drive from either Alicante or Murcia airports - Free use of 3 x Bedroom air-con units ,large travel cot and high chair , Free welcome drinks pack , utility room, towels, wall safe fitted, English tv channels.

Had a great relaxing stay at a lovely villa with all ammenities, will recommend to friends for future holidays

Both we and the children had a great holiday and especially enjoyed the pool and the privacy , English T.V , Free use of a cot and high chair were also a bonus , a beautiful villa and area

Have enjoyed every stay we have had at the property and have been returning to holiday here twice a year for several years

The pool is great. Fantastic to have your own!

Plenty of space outside to eat and bigger than expected indoor space.

Good size shower area as well.

Fabulous Holiday

We had a fantastic holiday at this villa. David (the owner) was really efficient in his correspondence and with the arrangements!

The villa was lovely and clean and all that we needed was there! There was no WIFI but this was actually really appreciated as it made us switch off! if we wanted WIFI we just went to the local bar 100 yrds up the road, who do a fab breakfast for only 3.5 euro! :-)

We went over with our two kids aged 6 & 8, together with my parents for my dads retirement!

The local aqua park was brilliant and only up the road. The locals were so friendly and we even met up with some of my dads army friends from some 46 yr ago that we didn't realise had moved over there!

The local shops and bars were great and we couldn't believe how cheap it is out there!

Perfect stay if you want privacy, relaxation and quality family time.

Lovely Peaceful Holiday

Arrived at the Villa at 10.30 am, got in straight away. Lovely that there was drinks there for us which was much appreciated. First impression very good, lovely and clean and all the facilities we need. Pool was a good size for the 5 of us. Had a built in barbie, which we did use was great. Plenty of towels. A couple of bars and a restaurant 5 minutes walk away that were all really great. The town is 10 minutes walk away with 2 large supermarkets and an array of restaurants. Bar Studz food was great there portions are massive. Ate out all but 1 night all the restaurants were very good. The water park is 15 minutes walk was a good price , not too big but the kids enjoyed it. It was a lovely place and very quiet and very relaxing. Will definitely think about going back next year.

Perfection

The property was everything the owner claimed,very clean well maintained,pool cleaned twice a week,with a 7 and 10 year old to keep entertained it was not a problem we could not keep them out of the pool,it was the most relaxed holiday that we have ever had, nice bars and resturants all within strolling distance,we will certainly come back and also recommend it to our friends.

Owner's Response: Thankyou for your reviews of the property and glad that you all had an enjoyable stay , we always try and supply as many items that we can free of charge such as the travel cot, high chair , cool box, beach umbrella , inflatables pump , towels and use of the utilty room etc . We also try and respond as quickly as possible to the feed back that we ask from clients after their stay, so much so, that we will now be adding an extra dressing mirror and safe. For 2015 season we will be providing a free welcome pack of various drinks for clients upon arrival .

Brilliant holiday

We stayed here with three young kids and I have to say was a lovely villa, very clean, lovely welcome pack left and more than enough towels to use even for five of us. Owner very good to deal with made everything really easy. We didn't hire a car however to really get to explore other towns it would be necessary but if you are after relaxing holiday then it's perfect as everything is nearby. Great holiday!!!!

Loved the area as soon as we saw it, all the amenities close by and being in the building trade helped with spotting the build quality and corner position of the property means the we have the sun all day. Good neighbours , some of which are full time residents and will help others when needed. Bars and shops, supermarkets have all been built nearby and the airport is only 35 minutes drive on the N332. Local doctors and easy routes to major towns and the motorway. virtually everything you need within walking distance. The urbanisation Benimar 2 is for families and not for stag and hen parties which are more suited to Benidorm, so if you want noise, hustle and bustle then this location is not for you.

Booking Notes:
A deposit of £100 per week is payable immediately upon booking. (this is non refundable)
With the full balance payable 10 weeks before your departure.
A further £300 security deposit is to be paid to cover any damages / losses etc that may occur during your stay. This will be refunded upon your return, only after a checklist and property inspection has been cleared.
Please ensure that you have Travel Insurance and that Swimming aids are available for non swimmers and small Children




Changeover Day:
This is preferably done on a Saturday after the 11am vacated time - this is flexible
please provide flight details ASAP as early or late check in/out times have to negotiated with the cleaner. Which will incur a fee of their meet and greet service.

Notes on prices:
All prices quoted are for per week in UK Pounds Sterling for a 4/6 person occupancy.
Two people can be accommodated with a 10 % discount on the rental. This discount will not apply at Peak holiday times, please ask for details
Unbooked bedrooms will be closed off to validate the smaller occupancy rate.
Villa entry time - 4pm......
Vacated time - 11am
vacating the property after 11am will be charged will be charged on a half or full day rental basis. This is dependent on bookings.

Bookings are made by paying a deposit of £100 per week of the rental period, the balance and the £300 security deposit is then payable 10 weeks before arrival , keys , information and code for the safe will be sent two weeks before departure

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
