The interior simple but well furnished in modern style and just a few minutes drive from the beautiful city of Loulé with all facilities and a open market every Saturday and the busy municipal market in the heart of the city where one can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, crafts etc. and visit the archeological museum, and the medieval castle. There is an entrance passage and door to a rest reading hall. The rooms comprise the twin bedroom which has a window to

open terrace and pool side with en suite shower room, another bedroom a double; a separate bath room; living/dining room with door to kitchen breakfast. The swimming pool is all fenced and has a beautiful covered terrace. From the kitchen there is a door to the open side terrace. All on a ground floor: living/dining room; rest reading hall, kitchen breakfast, 2 Bedrooms- 1 twin with en suite shower room (wc, bidet, basin, wc, no window but with extractor fan).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa - the location is excellent with easy access to Loule and Sao Bras and further a field. The villa itself is very well appointed and has been tastefully refurbished - we loved the outdoor bbq and the seating area by the pool - when it got too hot. Saturday's morning trip to the market in Loule was a really great fun and should not be missed.

beautiful and peacefull location

We recently stayed in Casa (da)? Eira (2 adults 2 kids )and where very pleased with our stay , the house /villa was as mentioned in another review nice and cool ,i presume thats the shutters ! its well maintained and very clean(spotless!) and nestled away nicely out of the way in the hills near loule ,loule itself is a very nice town and was circa 5/10 min drive where the local lidl and supermarkets are ,also villamoura is about 30 mins away .

The pool was is a major feature and is nice and deep and quiet big, pity the night lights in the pool didnt work but probably just as well as id still be in it ! bbq are is also a nice feature

Maria and the housekeeper where very pleasant to deal with.

if you want something quiet and private i would recommend here , a car is definetly required

I would recomend and will most definitely be back myself

Excellent Spacious Property

We stayed for a week with our 18 month old daughter. The house was ideal for us, there was a highchair and cot waiting for us. The house is all on a single level so there wasn't a worry about stairs. The pool is gated and so is the garden area so is very safe for a little one toddling around. The house is in a quiet area away from the throngs of tourists next to the coast. There is a covered barbeque area adjacent to the kitchen with it's own outdoor sink making it very convenient to enjoy eating outside.

A lovely farmhouse

Lovely house in a small hamlet, very easy to find! Not far from the airport or Loule. Very private pool area ideal for lazing the day away & dipping in & out of the pool when it gets hot.

BBQ area next to the kitchen. The house is typical Portuguese & very cool.

I'll defiantly be back.

A great place for a relaxing holiday in a quiet neighbourhood. Fantastic pool & bbq area and the house was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again

I have spent a nice holiday in the CASA EIRA. the house is well furnished with a large and private swimming pool, garden and parking place. the house is located in quiet and clean place with good neighborhood.

if you choose to stay in this house you have to bring your car or rent one because the property is little far to the Loulé city.

I recommend this house for everyone
