Perfect location.

This was our first time on Menorca. We are 50 & 52 and found it ideal for us. We hired a car at the airport and as I had brought my sat nav with me we were at the apartment in 15 minutes.

When you open the patio doors the view will take your breath away - beautiful is an understatement.

The apartment is nicely decorated & furnished with all you will need whilst on holiday. Me, being a bit thick, had a problem getting the TV system to work, I telephoned Antonio and he was round in 10 minutes to show me how to work it - cheers as I was after watching the football.

The description was bob on and was nice & clean. We met some lovely people whilst there and thanks to the car we got around the island.

Jayne & Antonio's apartment is an ideal base for your holiday, when you come back from the beach and sit on the patio with a cold beer you will see why....

Peace, calm, beauty.

My partner and I (50yrs) recently returned to the UK having spent the last week in June at the apartment. We had not been to Menorca previously and found this a perfect time to visit. The weather was lovely and warm without being too hot (sea warm) and the resort had a quite, pleasant atmosphere. The apartment occupies an elevated position overlooking the bay which affords fabulous views over the crystal clear water (and beach) to the hills beyond - just as it is in the photographs. It was great to breakfast on the balcony in the morning shade and catch the sun in the afternoon / evening. Inside, the property was well laid out with a good sized double bedroom, refurbished bathroom and well equipped kitchen and living area. Benefits included, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, air conditioning, bedroom ceiling fan, safe, Wi-Fi, parasol etc. The property is situated a short distance, five minute walk, from the resort which offers varied shops restaurants and bars. On this note, as the property benefits from an elevated position, the walk from the resort, particularly the beach, is quiet steep and maybe an issue for some people. In summary, I would definitely visit again and would highly recommend this property and resort.

Ideal for a walking holiday.


Only a 10/15 minute walk to the amazing white sand cove beach with palm tees where you will find everything you could need throughout the day. There are bars, restaurants, pedalo's, kayaks, sun beds and parasols available to hire or you can visit the beach shop and invest in a boogie board or snorkel set! The sea is gentle and the sand slopes very slowly deeper into the water so it is perfect for youngsters to paddle and play. You can even feed the ducks in the neighbouring fresh water lake!


The airport is only a 10 minute drive to Cala'n Porter and you can easily get a taxi from the exit at the airport arrivals lounge (approx 22 euros) Alternatively you can pre-book a transfer or car hire (usual minimum ages for car hire is 25), although a car is not essential for your stay in Cala'n Porter. Contact us for details.

The capital of Mahon is only a 15 minute drive or bus/taxi journey and there are markets twice a week and plenty of shopping!


Mahon is 7 miles away, Alaior is 6 miles, San Clement 4 miles. From Mahon bus station there are bus services to all areas of the island.

Located away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre with all amenities and the beach just a 10/15 min stroll away. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants, chemist, car hire and shops. Activities and live entertainment are held at several venues in the centre and there is a basketball court, tennis court, water slides and more to be enjoyed.
