About the Owner

We love the outdoors and love walking cycling sailing and skiing. Living in Bryn Ffynnon gives us the opportunity to indulge in all but the skiing (although there is a ski slope in Llandudno!!) We worked in the French Alps for two seasons as Chalet Hosts which gave us experience in the hospitality industry. We are members of the Ramblers association and can give you few tips on seeing the best of North Wales away from the main tourist trails. There is some great mountain biking in this area for all abilities and we are glad to offer safe storage and power washing for your bikes.

"An idyllic farmhouse in beautiful surroundings”

We enjoyed a fabulous week at this property set in expansive, rolling countryside with endless views in every direction. The location is quiet and well off the beaten track, and yet within easy access to the nearest towns where you can find all the usual amenities. Some of the country's most beautiful beaches are within a short drive, as is Snowdonia National Park and the scenic valleys.

The house itself is spacious with modern facilities, a large kitchen, well appointed bedrooms and an ample sitting room which is cosy thanks to the log fire and tasteful decor.

Outside, the grounds are sprawling and beautifully maintained. Great for ball games, barbecues, and enjoying a cocktail or two on the patio in the sun.

The owners Richard and Judith are welcoming, friendly, and helpful but will leave you in peace to enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

Can't wait to return...

Family weekend break

  • 5 of 5

We as a family had a very comfortable stay and the house was ideal for 6 adults and two infants plenty of space for everyone and we couldn't hear the Children at night because the walls are so thick! The house has everything you could want and the gardens and view are very peaceful and relaxing. There was an abundance of information in the house with things to do in the area, we visited Sea World on Anglesey, Llandudno and the RSPB at Conwy.

Our hosts were very efficient with our booking and I highly recommend a stay here if your looking for a hassle free relaxing holiday in a beautiful area of Wales.

Brynn Ffynnon, North Wales

  • 4 of 5

The whole family including a 3 yr old and 4 month old stayed for a week in this lovely farmhouse. The garden was really huge and had tables, lots of space, and the views spectacular. The layout of the house suited us perfectly. The 2 adults and 2 children had the downstairs "suite" together with bathroom. The kitchen was so well equipped we had everything we needed. It was about 10 miles to the nearest town, but the drive was easy and very scenic. We had a great time in Conwy visiting the castle and other really interesting historic houses. Llandudno provided different facilities which were loved by the 3 yr old. The Art Gallery was great and the café was the best we went to while we were there. Owners were helpful and friendly.

Absolutely Fabulous

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed in many holiday cottages over the years but we agreed that Bryn Ffynnon is one of the best, if not the best we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean, warm & welcoming. Situated in beautiful grounds which our four little dogs adored. The cottage is well stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The views are spectacular. The Owners Richard & Judith are lovely and very welcoming & Friendly. It is a 5 minute drive to the village and would also highly recommend The Old Stag pub for its friendliness and gorgeous food. Would recommend this cottage to anyone, well worth a visit.
