A lovely ground floor studio apartment on a gated complex with a covered terrace. The complex has an olympic size swimming pool and lovely gardens and it is a short walk to the nearest beach, restaurants, supermarket and public transport. The apartment has it's own allocated parking space. We can also offer a similar studio in an adjoining block, suitable for 2 couples who want to be on the same complex but in separate accommodation.

You can choose whether to spend your time relaxing, enjoying the gardens and communal pool or hire a car or catch a bus to some of the beautiful towns and villages in the area

Coast/Beach:

The nearest beach is 5-10 minutes walk from the apartment although there are many excellent beaches in the vicinity - La Cala and Cabopino to name just two, although you would need to drive or take the local bus to these locations.

Travel:

Malaga Airport is a 40 minute drive from Miraflores. It is possible to travel from the airport to Miraflores using the train/bus or by taxi but if you want to get out and about we would recommend hiring a car. This can be done from one of the many companies at the airport.

Distances:

Miraflores and it's neighbouring Riviera del Sol are a 15 minute drive to Marbella with it's delightful old town and beach. La Cala, which has a twice-weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, is just 5 minutes drive. There is also a small street market in Calypso on Thursday mornings. For the more adventurous there are Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos to explore as well as a trip to Gibraltar (if you hire a car you are not insured to take it into Gib)

Further Details:

You are in close proximity to bars, restraurants and a supermarket on the Miraflores resort. Neighbouring Calypso and El Zoco (both within walking distance) offer banks, a post office, supermarket, hairdressers and a variety of other shops. There is also a good selection of bars and restaurants for you to choose from.

Notes on accommodation: The studio can be booked for any duration of 7 nights or more. A free welcome pack consisting of teabags, coffee, milk, sugar, fruit juice, water, biscuits , bread, butter, jam and a bottle of wine will be waiting for you on arrival. Outside: The terrace has a table and chairs for dining. The complex of Rancho C has an olympic size swimming pool and also a children's pool area. These pools are open 52 weeks per year with a lifeguard on duty between 1st July and 31st August. The communal gardens are well maintained. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels & linen including beach towels are provided. The apartment will be clean on arrival. For stays of 15 nights or more you will receive a mid session mini clean and laundry change. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost if required.

Excellent accomodation, well equipped, very functional, great location for golfing holiday. Owner very helpful both before holiday and while in accomodation. Already booked a second visit to accomodation while on first visit. Great useful welcome pack of food, water, drinks especially welcome on late (and even more delayed) arrival flight at Malaga

El apartamento esta genial, con smart TV, DVD, Wifi con fibra optica, todo el menaje necesario, muy limpio, con una piscina muy cuidada y ademas incluye plaza de aparcamiento. Tambien el pack de bienvenida es increible y todo un detallazo la unica pega que podria poner es que las playas de la zona son de piedras y al estar con un bebe resulta un poco incomodo bajar a la playa pero puedes aprovechar y visitar Selwo Natura, el teleferico de benalmadena, Sea life, Selwo Marina (Este no lo recomiendo), etc

Booking Notes:
A non-refundable deposit of 100 GBP will secure your booking. The balance of the holiday price is due 4 weeks before arrival. In addition a security bond of 100 GBP is also payable 4 weeks before arrival but this will be refunded within 14 days of departure providing there are no breakages or any excessive cleaning.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. There is no set time for arrivals or departures so you can book with the knowledge that if you have a late flight you will not have to leave the apartment in the morning.
