A 2011 holiday complex comprising of 2, two bedroom apartments. Each property comprises of an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, a large bathroom and two bedrooms all decorated to a high standard. The apartments are located on a quiet street, each with their own private parking space, yet they are a 2 minute walk from the town centre which offers shops, banks, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. In addition the blue flag beach is also a 5 minute walk away where guests can enjoy walks along the pier, go crabbing and new for 2012 enrol in the surf school. Both bus and rail stations are also a 5 minute walk away. These offer regular services to the busy city of Norwich and the quieter towns of North Walsham, Sheringham and Holt as well as Wroxham which known as the capital of the Norfolk Broads.

A modern, purpose built first floor flat decorated to a high standard. The property comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen/diner which benefits from a dishwasher, fridge freezer, TV and DVD player. There is also a large bathroom with shower overhead. The main bedroom is beautifully decorated with a kingsize bed and TV. The second bedroom comprises of two single beds plus a pull out bed. The property also benefits from gas central heating and off street parking with an allocated parking space for one car for each apartment. All bedding and towels will be provided with the property. Free wifi is available.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location

High Tide is a lovely spacious apartment in an excellent location close to all amenities. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and was clean and modern. The owners were very helpful and replied promptly to any emails. They also left cake and milk for our arrival which was a very thoughtful touch. The added bonus of having its own private car parking space was great. Would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and will most certainly stay again when we next visit the lovely resort of Cromer.

Top class

We stayed in high tide for a four night break, my husband, mum and me . we found the flat top class in every aspect,location, facility's and cleanliness. Lovely welcome pack after a long drive,tea , coffee biscuits and fresh milk. Loads of information and items that would be great for a beach holiday ie wind breaks, buckets , spades even crabbing gear! Really enjoyed our stay and hope to return some day.

Perfectly located, clean and spacious flat

We had a fantastic week in this lovely spacious and tastefully decorated flat. The property is ideally and centrally located for all that we needed in Cromer. The parking space is an absolute bonus. I would highly recommend this property and would love to visit again. The property was really clean, and very light and airy. The owners were easy to contact and be in contact with. A great find and I'm sure we'll be back again. Highly recommended!

A relaxing family break

High tide is comfortable, spacious and well appointed. The location is excellent near to the town centre, rail station and seafront but quiet. The large home-made victoria sponge that was awaiting us was much appreciated too! We would certainly recommend it.

Location

We built these flats with the intention of using them as our own holiday homes in addition to letting them out. We chose Cromer as we wanted a place near the sea which was not too far away from where we live. Cromer was the ideal seaside place for us as it offers all the amenities within walking distance yet is not too crowded and still retains it charm. Cromer is a small seaside town that became popular in victorian times. It is situated in North Norfolk and has a pier, museums, wide open beaches, spectacular cliffs and a cinema. It is close to Sheringham which is another lovely seaside town and Holt a picturesque market town. In addition an short car, bus or rail journey will take you into the busy city of Norwich.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Train : cromer at 500 Metres Nearest Beach : cromer at 500 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The blue flag beach is less than 500m or a 5 minute walk away. It is very popular in the summer with children enjoying playing in the rock pools trying to catch the famous Cromer crabs. The pier is also a well known landmark and enjoyed by tourists. Along the seafront there are shops, cafes and amusements. In addition 2012 brings a surf school to Cromer.

Travel:

Norwich has the nearest major airport and is approximately a 30m drive away. The properties are easily accessed via road or rail as both the bus and rail stations are located a 5 minute walk away. These offer a regular service to Norwich and connectioning routes to and from London.

Distances:

Cromer town centre is a 5 minute walk away providing access to shops, restaurants, cinema, theatre and supermarkets. A 15 minute car journey will take you to the seaside town of Sheringham and the market towns of Holt, Aylsham & North Walsham. Wroxham, at the heart of the Norfolk Broads, is also only a 40 minute drive away. The busy city of Norwich is approximately a 30minute drive away. Please note, a car is not essential as Cromer benefits from good rail & bus services.

Further Details:

Most amenities are within walking distances including theatre, cinema, pubs, restaurant, beach, supermarket and pitch and putt course. Cromer Royal Golf course is only a short drive away, as is the stately homes of Blickling, Felbrigg & Holkham Hall. In addition, 'Splash' leisure pool at Sheringham, the 'Wizard Adventure Maze' at Metton & the 'Amazona Zoo' near Cromer provide a variety of family entertainment.

Booking Notes:
Reservations can be made via the internet and a deposit of 30% of the rental price must be received within 7 days of your reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit you will receive written confirmation of your booking. The remainder of your rental together with a returnable damage cheque of £200 is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. A reminder will be sent prior to this. Please note the damage bond is held only against malicious damage and will otherwise be returned ASAP.

Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day although we can be flexible on this subject to other bookings.

3 nights are 70% of full week price
4 nights are 75% of full week price
5 nights are 85% of full week price

The property also benefits from off street parking, with each apartment having its own private parking space. These properties are newly built with clean, bright, modern decor. Each property is made up of two double bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed, the other with two single beds and a further pullout bed underneath. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area along with large bathroom with bath and shower over.
