An apartment block offering spacious accommodation for couples or families. Having A communal large pool and children's pool, a walled garden with a grassed play area. This apartment block was built in 2001 and offers a large living & dining area with balcony with the added benefit of a private roof terrace with barbecue. A modern fitted kitchen consisting of cooker fridge/freezer and microwave. Leading from the hallway are the two spacious bedrooms. This accommodation is in a well sought after location, whilst close to all amenities it is very private and peaceful. The beach and village centre are only 250 meters away. The apartment is positioned on the ground floor, accessible by 4 internal steps and as such is not suitable for wheelchair access. Due to the elevation of the land to the rear of the apartment, the balcony off the lounge is not on the ground floor

Lovely well located apartment

This apartment is very well equipped and in a perfect location with a short walk to all the bars, restaurants and beach. The roof terrace at the apartment was fantastic for taking in the sun and spent most days on it. The communication with the owner Mark was top notch. The information he provided was very clear and concise. Any questions we had he responded to quickly. The lady on the ground Indra was very helpful on the meet and greet and during the stay.

The perfect break

Having come to Carvoiero for the past 23 years we knew the area well and so chose this appartment due to the location. It was perfect. The pool area was nicely organised, the appartment was clean and well presented and the communication with Mark was so reliable! Having booked last minute to get away it turned into one of the best holidays we’ve ever had!

Great apartment

Great apartment in a great location. This apartment had everything we needed for a great holiday, very spacious and well equipped. The rooftop terrace was amazing and so quite with good views across the rooftops of Carvoverio. We were greeted by Indra who gave us all the information we needed and answered any questions we had. Pool area was good, not far to the beach which was great. A few steps from the apartment was lot's of bustling nightlife with great restaurants. What more do you need! Thank you Mark for your hospitality, we will be staying again.

Great stay in Carvoiero

This property is very well located. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. You have a short walking distance to 3 beautiful beaches and if you want to take a longer walk you can reach a couple of more beaches. The pool area is good and not to many people there. The apartment has everthing you need. We really appriciated the service with help to book transfer from and to the Airport. The only thing we wish for was a cosier balcony:)

I chose this apartment on the location of property being only 250 meters from the centre of Carvoiero and the beach. Yet is positioned in a very quiet area of the village.
