We had a marvellous short holiday break at your apartment, which was clean, well appointed and located close to the beach with all amenities close by - which was ideal. Thanks for the arrival pack which was a nice touch. We had a nice relaxing time, and the weather was just to our liking. We would definitely like to rent your apartment sometime again in the future.

We had a wonderful week in Nerja. With plenty of sun and swimming. And a couple of excursions. We were up and had dinner one evening in Nerja. Another day we were in Amunecar and swim and had lunch.

With your apartment, we are very satisfied. We have nothing to complain about. Location was perfect. There was no problem in getting the internet and it worked well throughout the apartment.

In summary, we are satisfied with everything. And we will happily return.

all round great choice.

A really good location overlooking Burriana beach, one road back from the beach road. Fairly quiet location, very little traffic or people/bar noise but great spot to watch people go by. The resort was generally fairly quiet as you would expect in October.

Left or right along the beach road leads to numerous bars and restaurants plus a line of them actually on the beach. Good choice of food types and generally good quality, we particularly liked Bruxelles and Stade Antwerpen. Its a steep walk the shortest way up to the main town but 10 mins gets you there.

The apartment is well fitted out and comfortable with a superb large balcony overlooking the beach area and hills. The apartment is spacious and plenty big enough for a family or two couples without being under each others feet.

As a former hotel reviewer if I were looking for a criticism it would be that it is a little dated and would benefit from some upgrading but we loved it and would definitely return. If you want chic and modern, go pay for it!

The booking was simple, all instructions clear and the owner easy to deal with.

lovely apartment with beautiful sea view

ideal location short walk to beach. However due to the size of the balcony with sunbeds we tended to stay on there. well equipped and clean on arrival with nice little welcome pack. Owner arranged taxi to take us to apartment with the keys. lovely stay would recommend.

Excellent ideally located

It our fourth year in Nerja and this appartment was ideally located and made our holiday very enjoyable. The air conditioning is superb and its central location makes it perfect. It's so close to the beach it's fabulous.

I grew up by the seaside in Devon so being able to see the beach, hear the waves and breathe the sea air from our fantastic balcony made it an easy decision to buy this apartment. We have been coming to Nerja for over 20 years but we never get tired of it. We love the buzz of Burriana and Nerja town, the fantastic food and the people - who are as sunny as the weather!

Coast/Beach:

You can see Burriana beach from the apartment terrace and it is an easy walk there - less than 2 minutes! Award-winning Burriana beach is a 2km stretch of sand. Sunbeds and parasols are available to hire and you are spoiled for choice with beachside bars and restaurants.

Travel:

45 minutes (drive) to Malaga Airport. Car hire not essential unless sightseeing in different areas. Walking distance (2 mins) to Burriana supermarket and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to Nerja town.

Distances:

30 seconds to nearest ice cream.

1 minute to Burriana beach.

2 minutes to the supermarket

3 minutes to a choice of restaurants

10 minutes (walk) to Nerja town.

10 minutes (drive) to Nerja famous caves

15 minutes (drive) to the mountain village of Frigiliana

Further Details:

Take a lovely stroll to the centre of Nerja - winding streets, whitewashed buildings, pretty hanging baskets, traditional bakers, streetside cafes, interesting shops and a great choice of places to eat. Visit the pretty church in the town square, enjoy an ice-cream (or cold beer?) on the Balcon de Europa (a famous landmark).

There is a wide choice of sporting activity in the area – water sports (wind-surfing, water ski-ing, paragliding), diving, fishing, swimming, tennis, sailing, golf. Walkers flock to Nerja in all seasons, drawn by the mountain scenery of the nearby Sierra de Almijara and Sierra Tejeda. The nearby natural park of Maro is also worth a visit.

Whether you are going for an action-packed holiday or a chance to chill for a week or two, Nerja is an excellent location to explore the area, and our apartment in Burriana is the perfect base for you.

The apartment is in a wonderful location - set in a quiet side street just 40 yards from the beach promenade with a great choice of bars, shops, restaurants and enjoying the view of the beach from the balcony with all day sunshine.
