Ideally apartment in Playa de las Canteras, in La Puntilla, in the heart of Las Palmas. This apartment offers stunning views of Las Canteras beach . It is a perfect location close to shops, restaurants and tapas bars yet private and secure with quite bedrooms facing the rear of the building.

The apartment is fully equipped , clean and comfortable . There is access to WIFi and TV with international channels. We provide beach chairs, towels and parasol.

The perfect location to enjoy superb views from the balcony where you can enjoy meals al fresco or watch the activity unravelling on the beach and the palm lined promenade .

I rent it to peolple who really want to enjoy such a wonderfull beach as it is Las Canteras.

Why Monica chose Gran Canaria

The beach right in front. Now a day, the avenue has been reformed and the beach is much more careful. It has become one of the best places in town to stay especially in winter time where everyone is at work, except tourists. The beach is just for them with a very good weather especially from September to June.

On this site, you will have the opportunity to interact with the local people as it is not particularly turistic resort. This is the best place to stay to learn more about our culture and interact with the residents of Las Palmas de GC while enjoying the sunshine, the food and the beach.

What makes this apartment unique

In this apartment you will feel at home. It has all the tools necessary to be comfortable. It is nicely decorated and very comfortable. It has spectacular views.

We can get any services to be provided from the rental of a drive to organize a trip and tickets to an event.

Frinton on Sea

Perfect break

The owner, Monica, is helpful and professional. She organised the taxi to pick us up and return to the airport. On arriving at the apartment we found it spotless, secure and very well appointed. Lots of good quality appliances in the kitchen with a decent TV and comfortable seating. The balcony is large with a table and chairs as well as room for sunbeds. Location wise, its perfect for sunbathing on the beach where the hire of sun beds is very reasonable. Great sightseeing and shopping. There are many restaurants and they all provided good food at a reasonable price. Parking would be difficult if you hired a car and everything is on your doorstep or a short taxi ride away.

Super week in Las Palmas

This was our second stay at Monica's apartment. We had a lovely week, the weather was good and there are plenty of good restaurants close to the apartment. The apartment is in a perfect location with a fabulous view of Las Canteras beach. The apartment is very clean and Monica organised a taxi to pick us up from the airport. Hope to come back again next year!

La Casa de Las Pinturas

This is a beautiful, clean, spacious apartment that is at the end of the sweep of Las Canteras beach. It has a very large balcony, a Perfect place to people watch and observe any fiesta that is often on the beach. Thoroughly recommended.

Lovely apartment, great location

The apartment is in a great location right at one end of Playa De Las Canteras with fantastic views of the beach from the balcony.

The apartment was very clean and well equipped with beach towels and chairs. Even though it is above a restaurant (which serves very good food) there was no noise in the bedrooms so everyone slept well.

Monica the owner was very helpful in answering any questions and made us feel very welcome.

I have been to Las Palmas a number of times and this apartment is in one of the best locations in my opinion. We have already booked to go back next year.

A very enjoyable stay

We are a retired couple who have spent 2 weeks in Monica's apartment. We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very comfortable, private and secure yet very close to all amenities. The beautiful balcony with its lovely views and day long sunshine is one of the best we have had in all our years of renting holiday apartments. Our best recommendation is that we have already booked our Winter holiday there for 2015.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment is beautifully furnished to a very high standard. The views from the terrace are wonderful.

Close to bars and restaurants, we had really good meals out.

Monica and her family are delightful.

Even when we had to call her on Saturday night because we had come out leaving the key inside! Sorry Monica.

We would definitely stay here again, but without a car, that was a nuisance.
