SPECTACULER VIEWS

We rented the apartment with the lower part of the house, however even though the apartment is smaller the views are breath taking from all windows,

Met the cleaning lady who does a fine job and for us the apartment was ideal ;clean well positioned and good value for money,

Homely and convenient town apartment

If you can handle twisting stairs, and creaking floors which aren't quite level, this homely 1st and 2nd floor apartment in St Valery is excellent value for money. Very spacious and clean. 2 bathrooms (not modern, but work fine; both have showers, one is over the bath). Fabulous views across the Baie especially from the bedrooms, can watch sunrise from bed (in October at least). It has a "lived-in" feel and is not minimalist or modern. Very quiet at night, despite being in town; the twice weekly 6am bin collection is the only thing I heard. Wide choice of restaurants within yards, with more further into town and a baker's and newsagent; also 2 supermarkets on the ring road. Right by the Baie's steam railway terminus and tourist office. We took 2 bicycles and stored these in the front courtyard, where they are completely hidden from passers by.

Not only CD and TV, but also cassette players available for your enjoyment!!

Parking right outside, but free only from 7pm to 9am; free parking a 5 minute walk away.

Prices are based on four to six people.

Bookings are normally from Saturday to Saturday in the holiday period,though outside of these times we are quite flexible. Upon deciding that you want to make a reservation,you will need to send confirmation by E mail befor we forward your booking form and conditions which we return to you. Normally a 20% deposit is required with the balance due eight weeks before the holiday.
