We live in England and are married with 2 grown up children.

We chose the Javea area for our Spanish home as we had holidayed in the area several times and fell in love with the place.

We get across as often as we can and have friends in the area. However, as we both work, we can't get across as aften as we'd like and so prefer to rent the villa out to keep in use.

A Haven Of Tranquility

Have recently returned from a great two weeks at Casa Yordi.

Very comfortably furnished and well equipped with quality fittings and appliances. Has a large .interesting garden with even a very small woodland walk. Vast terrace with shade to be found at all times and the large pool was a joy.Owners were very helpful when booking and the villa kept spotless by the managers. Would suit all size parties and wheelchair users woud manage without missing out by using main entrance to get to the terrace. Much of the garden needs mobility however.We hope to be back. A great stay for an excellent price

The photos do not do the villa justice, it is great for families. The pool is a fabulous size and there is so much outside space to explore. Had a fantastic time and would highly recommend the villa. n.b. (A car is essential.)

From the Owner

Casa Jordi is in a quite and reasonably secluded area, yet near a small number of restaurants. It is only a few minutes drive from both the resort area and town of Javea and about 10 minutes drive from the adjacent resort of Moraira. This allows us to have as active a day as we want but then be able to come back for a relaxing afternoon/evening round the pool and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the various terraces

Activity and Interests


A few minutes drive to L'Arenal sandy beach, with bars and restaurants. Moraira is approximately 10 minutes drive


Alicante and Valencia airports are just over 1 hour away, with Murcia a further 45 mins.

Car is essential although a good taxi service is available in the area


A few minutes from the villa of Benitachell and the nearest supermarket

The villa is in a quiet rural location, yet only a short drive to the resort of Javea and a little further to the nearby resort of Moraira, thereby offering the facilities of a beach holiday with bars, restaurants and various water sports, while providing a peaceful relaxing base
