Our boutique Apartments are all individually styled with a choice of sea views, en-suites, verandas and private courtyards available. Our ground and first floor Apartments have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each Apartment has a 32" flat screen TV with FreeSat, DVD player with selection of DVD’s, WiFi, integrated appliances (including dishwashers/washer dryers), touch control hobs, ‘double ended’ baths, walk in showers, gas central heating and allocated parking. All Apartments accommodate four guests with the option of a fifth younger guest up to the age of 3 years who can sleep in a travel cot. Travel cots and highchairs are available free of charge on request in any of our Apartments. Sorry we do not allow pets and we are a non smoking property. Rates are inclusive of on site parking, bedding, linen, towels (excl Beach Towels) utilities, free WiFi,washing up liquid, shower gel, toilet rolls etc . Established in 2008 we are experienced in providing excellent service with guests booking directly with ourselves ensuring that personal contact and reassurance when arranging your family holiday. We meet and greet all our guests and are complimented on our personal service and attention to detail that all adds to your stay.

**The rates shown on OwnersDirect per night are 'from' the amount per night shown for a 7 night stay from Saturday to Saturday. Please note nightly rates are more for shorter breaks dependent on the length of stay therefore as an example the nightly rate for a 1 night stay is more than the nightly rate for a 3 night stay.

Apartment One at Tudor Villas is a Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Ground Floor Apartment with its own private entrance, private Courtyard Garden, Veranda and Parking Space. Perfect for families or couples having 2 bathrooms and the flexibility of either 2 single beds in the second bedroom or a Kingsize bed. The spacious accommodation is a combination of new, stylish and modern with period features. The sociable living space and dining area features a splendid original fireplace, wonderful high ceilings, LCD TV FreeSat TV, DVD and WiFi,a well equipped luxury kitchen with quality fittings including 'touch control' hob, granite work surfaces and integrated appliances. The Master Bedroom has an En-Suite with a large 'walk in' shower and the Main Bathroom adjacent to the second bedroom has a feature 'double ended' bath. Allocated Parking is conveniently located by the Apartment's own private entrance and then just 3 steps lead to the Ground Floor Accommodation

About the Owner

My name is Sara and my husbands is Mark, we do, however, like to run Tudor Villas as a family business so I must also introduce my teenage sons, Noah and Theo.

We moved to North Norfolk from West Yorkshire six years ago and absolutely love our new life by the coast. The sun always seems to be shining, the skies are bright blue, we see wonderful sunsets and then the stars shine brightly at night and to top it off we now live in the driest county in England. It is so different to Yorkshire that we often feel like we're living in a different country!

North Norfolk is also not as flat as people say, we have hills and cliff walks.

Sea side life is great, relaxing, refreshing and a wonderful experience.

As a Surveyor and an Interior Designer my husband and I have been involved in property for many years. Whilst holidaying for the first time in North Norfolk we parked outside a lovely grand building situated on a Road in the conversation area of Cromer which was a former Guest House. It was for sale and we bought it! Whilst converting the property we fell in love with the area and decided to move as a family to Norfolk. We kept some Apartments and furnished them as luxury holiday Apartments. We offer high quality self catering accommodation in a newly converted period property originally built for an Indian Prince, a friend of our own Royal Family. We have parking (very rare in Cromer) and the Sea and Town are only a few minutes level walk

Cromer's 'blue flag' sandy Beach is a few minutes walk from the property.


Flybee have regular flights from many destinations in the UK to Norwich Airport, approx 45 minute drive to Cromer. With better road access, Norfolk is now only a one and a half hour drive from London.


The town of Cromer with it's blue flag beach is a few minutes level walk.

Cromer is a lovely Victorian seaside town with a long and unique history. It has featured in the top 10 costal resorts of the UK in many publications in recent years including The Times and Daily Express. Praised for it's 'blue flag' sandy beaches, Cromer proudly boasting a thriving pier end theatre and is famous for it's speciality crabs. The town is well established as the 'Gem of the North Norfolk Coast'. Cromer is Postcard pretty with cliff-top gardens, splendid golf course ,a boating lake, promenades, pristine sand and deliciously sweet crabs to catch and eat. You can enjoy a traditional seaside break with a stroll down the pier, a walk on the beach followed by the modern twist of a latte in the new modern glass fronted cafe on the beach. Cromer also has a Zoo where visitors can see pumas, snakes, piranha fish and flamingos. Golf and tennis with the Royal Cromer Golf Club and the Cromer Tennis facilities. Cromer has a Carnival each year events starting from early August, the carnival is very popular and is usually opened by the Red Arrows display team. Carnival week is the 3rd week of August each year. Full details about the Carnival can be found on the Cromer Carnival website. In the centre of the town is a majestic church with a very high tower which is possible to climb at certain times of the day the view is fantastic. Cromer museum where the history of Cromer can be viewed including a reference to Tudor House, now known as Tudor Villas,the small streets provide delightful local shops specialising in fresh sea food, fine fish and chips, art galleries and many individual gift shops. The high street has a good variety of shops a supermarket is close by ensuring that everything for your stay can be found within easy reach.Cromer's famous pier still houses a theatre providing all year round entertainment and the town hosts a spectacular fire works display over the sea on New Years Day.

We have Five Apartments, all with Two bedrooms. Two Apartments have Sea Views, one Apartment has a large balcony and two are Ground Floor Apartments with private courtyards and verandas. Our location is excellent being in the quiet conservation area, on the best Road in Cromer with parking and just a few minutes level walk from the beach or town. Each Apartment is finished to a high specification with luxury kitchens (with integrated appliances) and bathrooms. All have been furnished and decorated by an Interior Designer and each layout is different. Free WiFi is available in each Apartment. We provide a supply of tea, coffee and sugar, plus washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, shower gel, hand soap, toilet rolls etc. Established in 2008 we are experienced in providing excellent service with guests booking directly with ourselves ensuring that personal contact and reassurance when arranging your family holiday.   • Tudor Villas Apartments are luxury Apartments each furnished and styled by an Interior Designer to suit its layout and location in this magnificent property. All kitchens include modern integrated appliances and granite work surfaces.Sea View Apartments include integrated washer dryers. Please note Apartment Six does not have a dishwasher. All Apartments have LCD TV's, FreeSat and DVD players and a selection of DVD's. Main Beds have memory foam topped mattresses.Each has a modern bathroom and the Ground Floor Apartments have the addition of Ensuites to the master bedrooms. The 2nd Bedrooms in Apartments 1 & 2 have Twin beds which can be combined as Kingsize if required.All apartments have travel cots and highchairs available on request. Apartment Six has Bunk Beds in the Second Bedroom. The parking space is within the properties own car park, a real bonus as many properties in Cromer do not have parking. Rates include bedding, linen, towels and all utilities,Wifi. Sorry no pets. Outside: Tudor Villas has a communal garden area, each Ground Floor Apartment has it's own private courtyard garden and veranda with outside furniture
