About PPM Peterse

We are a Dutch family who have owned the villa more than 18 years. We specially like the climate, the beautiful villages (Biot,Valbonne Mougins etc). Our children love to come with their children to enjoy the lovely swimming pool and wonderful garden.

We love the scenic golf courses, the Mediterranean sea, and all the restaurants and bistro's. We enjoy living in a light and spacious villa with marvelous sea-views in a beautiful residential park Bois Fleuri located between the medieval villages of Biot and Valbonne.

What makes this villa unique

The property is in a very quiet prestigious residential area. Being on a hill the villa has magnificent panoramic views of the azure blue Mediterranean both from the garden and from the mezzanine through the specially designed windows. The garden is over 4000M2 allowing ample space for children to play and 'make camps' and go exploring in the wooded area. The pool is ideally placed very near the villa allowing for easy access and easy viewing whilst children are swimming. The pool area is flat and leads in to the garden which is a very practical feature. The villa has been built to a very high standard with flooring made from local white stone and other unique features.

The location is very convenient for the nice villages of Valbonne (4km) and Biot (5km) as well as having easy access to the coast.

Notes on accommodation: Three double bedrooms upstairs open onto the mezzanine area.The air-conditioned master bedroom with 2M king size bed (made up of two 1M x 2M mattresses) has its own private terrace with views accross the garden to the sea. Bedroom 2 with antique furniture, double bed 1.40M and large window with views west over the garden. Bedroom 3 with double bed 1.80M contains two single mattresses in one bed frame. Bedroom 4 downstairs with two single beds, large window with views across the lawn on the east side of the garden. Air-conditioning in the Master Bedroom and Kitchen but not the rest of the villa. Electric fans are available in the other bedrooms. Outside: 4000M/2 landscaped garden with panoramic sea views containing two large areas of flat lawn (with built in watering system), swings and a slide for children, two large shade providing trees and a wooded area. The garden has many native plant species including olive trees, rosemary and lavender which look wonderful when spotlit at night by the outdoor lighting system. Next to the villa on the same level is a 11M x 5.5M private swimming pool with built in roman steps for easy access into the shallow end, many inflatable pool toys available for use by guests. Sun bathing patio surrounding the pool next to the villa has 8 sun-loungers and 4 pool chairs, small tables are provided as well as two large parasols. Secluded dining patio next to the villa with views accross the expansive garden with dining table and 8 chairs, gas fired large BBQ. CCTV cameras are installed outside for extra security. Lanterns on the exterior of the villa provide a lovely atmosphere at night. Utility Room: Contains washing machine, dryer, drying rack, ironing board, iron. Also a small fridge and small freezer. Ample room for storage of sports equipment, golf clubs etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linens are included for a one time set-up in the rental price. The property is cleaned and linens are changed at turn-around. Extra cleaning/linens/towels available on request at extra cost. Other: Spacious mezzanine containing 3M oak table and benches, can be used as play area for children, an extra dining table or as an office to work. Has views of the sea through the specially designed windows on the south side of the villa.

Changeover day is on Saturdays, arrival & check-in at 16:00hrs, check out at 10:00hrs.
