Large 7 bedroomed villa, superb sea views with private pool, set out on 3 floors with 4 bathrooms and plenty of sunbathing terraces. Overlooking Calpe rock and the coastline. This family villa is perfectly situated to explore the costa Blanca, visit the theme parks or simply relax by the pool. The pretty fishing village of Moraira is only 6 minutes drive away and offers a superb choice of restaurant and bars and has sandy beaches. The villa offers TV (sky sports and movies) DVD, Spanish Tv, Internet, Wii. Outside has BBq,table tennis, trampoline, chairs and tables to dine 'al fresco'. For the golf enthusiast we can actually see Ifach course from the terrace and within a short drive we have the courses of Denia, Javea, Benidorm, Oliva. Cots, highchairs always available. About Kim Harris

My name is Kim Harris and I have 4 daughters. We have been living in Spain for the past 16 years and absolutely love it. The villa is our own family home with stunning sea views which I and my family take care of , we do the cleaning, meet and greets, guest information and try and keep our guests up to date with all the restaurants, fiestas, local activities. We are in a quiet area but only a 6 minute drive from the pretty fishing village of Moraira, Calpe a little further and Javea too. Lots of Golf courses within a short drive. We love it here and are sure you will too.

Why Kim Harris chose Javea, Moraira and Denia Area

We love the fantastic views and of course the sunshine. We bought this house because it had the potential to make a wonderful home for us and the 4 children. Now we have a 8 bedroomed home which we are sure you will enjoy too. It is very peaceful here but only a stonesthrow from bars and restaurants.

What makes this villa unique

The convenience of being in this location is that once landed at Alicante you can be here on the doorstep within an hour. (Car hire permitting..)

Also we love to visit inland villages like Parcent, Benichembla and it is only 40 minutes away.

As the house has 3 levels , even in a larger group you still have some privacy as there are 2 lounges, 2 kitchens but a lovely area to all be around the pool and look out to sea. Also to play table tennis, just relax by the pool or on one of the terraces looking out to sea.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: 4 of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and the rest have free standing. Outside: Private pool (sole use of clients) 7 x 3m. Adequate sunbeds, tables and chairs. BBQ, table tennis, trampoline area. Lots of terraces for sunbathing or just looking out to sea. The villa enjoys sun all day , you can watch the sun rise and set from the terraces. You can see any fireworks from fiestas too. Utility Room: Washing machine , tumble dryer in villa. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and bath towels are provided. One bath towel and one hand towel per person. If clients wish, a weekly change can be made at a small extra cost of 10 euros per person.

We were a party of 12. Arranged with Kim to arrive a little early to pick up the keys at Villa. Kim was waiting for us,and went through all the details of the Villa.

The villa was clean and well-stocked.

We had a good week, enjoying the sun and the sites and the lovely swimming pool. Kim informed us about supermarkets.

We paid 300 euros deposit for any damage, which was returned, without delay by bank transfer.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa

Coast/Beach:

Nearest beach is the pretty cove of Advocat which is part sandy, part rocky and has a Spanish bar too.

Moraira at 6 minutes drive boast 2 lovely sandy beaches La Ampolla by the town centre and El Portet(Good Paella and tapas) a short walk from Moraira.

Calpe has miles of sandy beaches either side of the rock. Javea has a lovely beach called EL Arenal with lots of bars and restaurants adjacent to the beach.

Lots of coves along the Javea coastline-something for everyone.

The nearest restaurants, supermarkets, bars, banks,shops, doctors , dentist all within a few minutes drive from the villa. On your arrival the owner will answer any questions or queries on local amenities, fiestas, places to visit. etc.

We are very lucky to have the theme parks of Benidorm close by including Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, Mundomar. Place to visit of interest are Guadalest, Jalon valley (local wine making) Denia, Calpe (watch the fishing boats come in in the afternoons) Alicante city, Valencia City etc.
