The property features a large entrance hallway with ground floor w/c, open plan modern kitchen/dining area/lounge, ground floor double bedroom with fantastic direct sea views, ground floor twin bedroom with front aspect and a ground floor shower room.

The first floor features a master bedroom with a super king size bed and has direct sea views, a twin bedded room with sea views with en-suite shower room. There is a family area with doors opening onto the balcony with table and chairs.

Outside the private terrace area is accessed via bi-folding doors from the lounge and dining room where outside furniture and a charchoal bbq is provided.

The front of the property offers off road parking for several vehicles.

There are lots of opportunities to take part in a variety of watersports such as kite surfing, windsurfing, fishing, canoeing etc..

The Poole chain ferry taking you across to Studland is within walking distance of the property.
