An excellent holiday apartment
Our third visit to this penthouse and no disappointment. A light and airy apartment with all the facilities required for a relaxing holiday. The surrounding landscape is very attractive with a superb pool and deck area complete with sun loungers.

Walking distance to the beach. La Cala (Mijas Costa), a 10 minute drive away. It has a non-commercial feel. Variety of rustic beach bars ‘chiringuitos’ line the beach. 15 mins drive towards Marbella will take you to Puerto Cabopino. This small harbour and marina has a lovely sheltered beach, Playa de Artola, where the water is calm and ideal for families. There are good facilities with sunbeds and parasols to hire.
Malaga Airport is a 25 minute drive away (28km). Car hire is recommended for your stay as the mountain areas of Mijas are well worth exploring. There are bus links between the coastal resorts but they are not that extensive. A train service from the airport runs as far as Fuengirola.
La Cala de Mijas the nearest coastal town is 10 minutes drive.
Fuengirola with its shopping, nightlife and watersports is 15 minutes drive. Mijas Pueblo one of the most beautiful of the traditional white villages is a 20 minute picturesque drive through the mountain pine groves and olive plantations. Puerto Cabopino marina and beach is 15 minutes west towards Marbella. Historic Ronda - birthplace of the bullfight is 1 hrs drive away. Antequera has great churches and architecture -1 hr drive.
Many of the holiday resorts, La Cala, Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Marbella are only a short drive away, with the gateway to the Mediterranean Gibraltar only one hours drive. All these resorts are suitable for all ages, having good amenities and can offer excellent beaches restaurants bars and nightlife, with shopping centres that include stores, hypermarkets and traditional Spanish markets.

At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 20% of the total cost of the property. The balance of the holiday cost must be paid at least 4 weeks prior to departure. If you arrange your holiday within 4 weeks of traveling then full payment is due with your booking. We require a damage deposit of £/€200 payable on arrival, which will be refunded at the end of the holiday subject to there not being any breakages beyond normal wear and tear.
Accommodation will be available from no later than 15.00 hrs the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. Late stays are available at an extra cost.
Longer term Winter rentals are available between November and March each year at reduced monthly rate of €750 per month with an extra payment of €100 per month for electric consumption. The total cost per month is €850. Stays of 3 months and longer can receive further discounts on enquiry!
