An excellent holiday apartment

Our third visit to this penthouse and no disappointment. A light and airy apartment with all the facilities required for a relaxing holiday. The surrounding landscape is very attractive with a superb pool and deck area complete with sun loungers.

Booking Notes:
At the time of your booking you will be asked to pay an initial deposit of 20% of the total cost of the property. A 2nd payment is required 1 month before your arrival date. The remaining balance which will equal €150 is then payable on arrival.

There is also a security deposit of €150 required on arrival, payable by credit card (fully refundable after your stay).

Changeover Day:
Accommodation will be available from no later than 15.00 hrs the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. Late stays are available at an extra cost.

Winter Stays:
Longer term Winter rentals are available between November and March each year at reduced monthly rate of €750 per month with an extra payment of €100 per month for electric consumption. The total cost per month is €850. Stays of 3 months and longer can receive further discounts on enquiry!
