Bedrooms have twin beds , fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, washing machine, large sink with marble surface and mirror. Fitted kitchen with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and all the crockery and utensils needed for cooking. The lounge/dining room consists of a sofa 32” plasma TV with satellite capability, coffee table and dining table and chairs.

Front and rear private terraces. Air conditioning throughout.

Surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens the picturesque Son Bou Playa Apartments are popular with families, couples and groups of friends of all ages. With the great facilities in the apartments, including a washing machine, air conditioning, and TV and the nearby amenities, everything needed for the perfect self catering holiday is on hand. The club San Jaime bar/restaurant overlooks the large pool with separate children’s pool providing a relaxed atmosphere. Also nearby is a supermarket, bakery, gift shop, diving school and the peace of mind of a medical centre. For some extra fun there is an adventurous maze at club san Jaime (there is a fee) and live entertainment . There is a bus stop with regular services to other parts of the island.

We are unable to 100% guarantee which floor or zone due to cancellations and changes in the planning but we would try our upmost to arrange your preference if you have one.

Booking Notes:
A 50% deposit is required to book the apartment and hold the dates. The balance can be paid upon arrival. Linen, bath, hand and kitchen towels are provided fresh for each stay (please bring your own towels for use by the pool or on the beach). Linen will be changed weekly and there is a twice weekly clean and change of towels. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for a fee.



Changeover Day:
The changeover day is very flexible. We are happy to fit in with the dates that suits you the most or most economical with flights.

Information about the Balearic Tourist accommodation tax.
According to the latest Law 2/2016, which was approved on 30th March 2016 , it is possible that if no changes occur, we will be forced, to charge all our guests over 16 years an additional charge of 1€ per day per person, plus VAT from July 2016. This tax applies to all visitors booking tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands.
The tax will be invested in projects that include, the protection, preservation, modernization and restoration of natural, rural, agricultural and marine environment, the restoration and reinstatement of our historic and cultural heritage, scientific research projects, technological innovation and development and to improve bookings, training, the promotion of the island and the quality of employment out of season.
