Warm and welcoming with fresh interiors in an understated coastal style, guests are greeted by a hallway with plenty of space to hang coats and put shoes away before heading into an open plan living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor .
The living area has a comfy L-shaped sofa, a large flat screen TV and a working fireplace which is perfect for cosy winter evenings. The kitchen includes an island with bar stools for convivial breakfasts or meal prep, and the dining table gazes out of double doors onto a balcony with views towards picturesque Snape’s Point, with glimpses of the sea and the hills beyond. There’s also a useful WC on the ground floor in the hallway.
Deceptively spacious and complete with a large lawn for children to play on safely in the sunshine, the house includes helpful spaces like a games room under the house with table football and dartboard, as well as an office in case you need five minutes to do a little remote working with desk, flat screen TV and Sofa.
Upstairs, guests will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms (one shower room and one with a bath and overhead shower). The master bedroom has a large double bed and plenty of storage. There’s a bunk room with bean bags and a games console. The third and fourth bedrooms also have double beds and countryside views.
