A beautiful apartment recently renovated to a very high standard located at the end of Calle Carabeo, one of Nerja’s prettiest streets. The street retains much of its old Andalucian charm and is the most sought after address in Nerja. The Balcon de Europa and the restaurant filled streets of the town centre are a pleasant 4 min stroll away as are the Callahonda and Salon Beaches, while the Carabeo beach is 1 min. On the ground floor of a well-maintained complex of just 16 units secured by railing and gates, the apartment opens onto an enclosed garden. Frontline to the sea, the building benefits from stunning sea and mountain views from the large roof terrace with sun loungers/table/chairs. The pool overlooks Burriana beach. Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms – double and twin, both with ample storage. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with a dining area off it. The bright living area has been tastefully decorated and has UK and Irish TV Channels/DVD. The apartment also offers free WIFI to our guests.

We are a young family with a 7 year old. We love this apartment, the building and the area, and while our family enjoys the apartment throughout the year, we ensure it is clutter free so that our guests can make it their own during their stay. We aim to offer a seamless service from pre-booking through to your return home, and have Spanish agents on the ground should additional assistance be required during your stay. My wife and I holidayed in the Burriana apartment block in October 2009 with our then 12 week old baby daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the location and facilities excellent, and afterwards took an active interest in apartments for sale in the Carabeo/Parador area. We kept a close eye on sales within the Burriana building block in particular. We felt its location, size, amenities and large sun roof terrace provided a winning combination for all holiday types and seasons.

"We stayed in the Apartment last summer for over two weeks last year. We would highly recommend staying here, the apartment is fantastic, with all mod cons and most importantly air conditioning. We have a toddler so having a pool within the complex was great. The complex is perfectly located in a quiet location while only short stroll brings you to the centre of the town. The owners were very accommodating for us as they provided us with a cot, baby bath etc plus a taxi was organised and waiting for us when we arrived into Malaga. Great place to stay in Nerja."

Notes on accommodation: Air Conditioning in the two good sized bedrooms. Free standing fans provided for living area. Child friendly apartment. Outside: The recently retiled and extremely well maintained shared pool has lovely views of Burriana Beach. Equally well maintained, the facade of the building is in the Spanish Colonial style and is one of the most distinctive and iconic in Nerja. It is complimented by flowers, potted plants and a feeling of tranquility. The large roof terrace with stunning sea views has communal sun beds and outdoor furniture. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels are provided. Additional bed linen and towels are supplied for guests staying 2 or more weeks. Mid-holiday cleans can be arranged on request. There are 2 x adult and 2 x child beach towels in the apartment for your use. Other: Private and secure west facing terrace provides access to enclosed gardens and is complete with small round table and 2 chairs. The large roof terrace has clothes line for drying clothes and is ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dining with sea views.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The apartment was very clean and very well maintained in a terrific location. Lots of very good restaurants some as cheap as chips others a little more upmarket and still very good value for money. I visited the local hairdressers every Friday as we were staying for 7 weeks, the ladies in the hair salon were very pleasant and spoke very good English. The management company who were looking after the apartment were excellent, dealing very promptly with any request you may have had. It was like living the dream in the winter months.I love everything about Nerja.

Lovely apartment

We stayed at Rebecca and David's apartment for a week and wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed . The situation is ideal as it is very close to the town - just a short walk but in a quiet location . A wonderful week and we hope to return.

The location of the Apt was perfect, within a few mins walking distance of Neja Town, in a lovely quiet location, the apt was lovely, it has been recently modernised and had everything we needed including Wi'Fi and english TV, would highly recommend, looking forward to booking it again soon.

Fabulous brilliantly located apartment

This Appartment is located in a beautiful part of Nerja!! The Appartment is equipped with all the mod cons that you need for your time in the sun! The owners are truly delightful to deal with. It is centrally located to some fabulous restaurants. The beach is a mere 10-15 min stroll. It is very quiet at night so there are no problems getting a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this Appartment.

Lovely apartment

We stayed in this apartment with our 2 teenage daughters. It is perfectly located, being very close to the beaches, restaurants and shops, but is tucked out of the way on a quiet street.

The apartment is modern, very clean and comfortable with air conditioning in each bedroom-which is a must at this time of year. The girls enjoyed access to wifi! It provided all the extras you would need for self catering. A taxi was organised for us from and to the airport by the owners of the apartment, which made things much easier.

The small pool is adequate as an alternative to the beach, and is extremely clean and quiet.

There is a little supermarket just around the corner, for immediate supplies, and if you want a very special meal-Bakus restaurant-is the place go, just across the road.There is a huge choice of restaurants so suit all occasions.

Nerja is the most wonderful, pretty place to discover. This apartment serves as the perfect base to explore.

We spent a month in Rebecca an Davids apartment which was fresh and clean and a superb location for all amenities including the Balcon de Europa and Restraraunts and Shops and beaches. Found owners very helpful and considerate with information etc. Would highly recommend apartment. Sheila and Martin
