The apartment enjoys 2 private decked areas ideal for watching the sunset over the sea and you can literally throw a stone onto the beach (although not recommended)! The property boasts 1 large double bedroom with duel aspect windows leading through to a large living area with stunning views, which sleeps 2 more on a sofabed. The property is well presented throughout with modern furniture and offers complimentary WiFi. Full gas radiator central heating.

Perfect spot over looking woolacombe beach
The apartment was perfect, overlooking the beach. If you want to be in the heart of the town, this apartment was ideal. Having an allocated parking space was perfect, as every morning you see surfers looking for spaces and carrying their surf boards for a distance. The apartment was clean and had everything you needed, it alway had an outside area which was also perfect, to watch the surfers. I would come here again, and recommend this apartment, for our first time in Woolacombe this was the perfect apartment for us. Thank you

Woolacombe beach is one of the UK's premier surfing locations being a gently sloping beach break which is overseen by RNLI lifegaurds during the summer months. Providing the flag system is adhered to, Woolacombe beach is considered to be a family friendly and safe beach for bathing and fun. It is also a blue flag beach, rated as such for its cleanliness and water hygene.
The area is also hugely popular for walkers, with the beautiful North Devon coast path right outside the property and nearby Tarka trail. Walkers particularly enjoy staying at the Garden Apartment during the winter months for it's proximity to stunning countryside and excellent value for money.
The property is situated 30 seconds from the beach.
There a several popular pubs and resturants in Woolacombe,but it is mainly a family and surfing resort. If you are looking for a roaring nightlife this probably isnt the place to get it. The village is renowned for it's 'mellow vibe' and friendliness towards visitors which is why so many people return to the village year after year. There are also several shops in the village including a chemist, Post Office, several surf shops & Londis. During the summer months there is a popular nightclub within walking (but not hearing distance) from the Garden Apartment.

Booking terms: 25% deposit required at the time of booking and full payment required 4 weeks prior. The prices are for the property and include up to 4 guests, but the number of guests must be stated at the time of booking, otherwise it will be assumed there will be 2 people. Sorry, but no groups of three or more same sex people under the age of 35 allowed in according with the terms of lease. Short breaks available out of season subject to availability, please contact us for more information.
Changeover days are Saturdays and guests are respectfully asked to vacate the premesis by 10.00am. The keys are availble from 2.00 onwards on the day of arrival to allow time for cleaning.

Changeover days Saturdays WiFi No smoking No pets Outside: It is rare to find a property on the Esplanade which offers a private outside area overlooking the sea and the Garden Apartment does not disappoint. It boasts 2 ideal outside leisure areas, with a raised deck ideal for breakfast and watching the surfing at the side of the building (great for relaxing with a book). The second area is at the front of the property which is perfect to watch the sunset over the sea while enjoying a glass of wine. Plenty of space to store surfboards and other beach toys to the side of the property. There is also use of the communal garden area which is professionally landscaped with a sub tropical theme. Here you will find a selection of quality wooden garden furniture including sun loungers, large outside dining table & chairs plus there is a tap for rinsing wetsuits etc. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Sheets, hand and bath towels provided for each person and laundry changing/cleaning takes place on a saturday. Beack towels are not provided.
