Penthouse on Burriana Beach, Nerja, Costa del Sol - Perfect Location On Burriana Beach

This 2nd floor Penthouse is on the front-line of the award-winning Burriana Beach. Its south-facing terrace has great views, and enjoys uninterrupted sun from dawn to dusk. Burriana has a great choice of restaurants, bars and shops, and is also only a 10 minute walk of Nerja's charming town centre. On street parking is available outside and there is also allocated underground parking for one car. There is a lift in the building. The apartment has three bedrooms, one double and two twins with lounge sofa bed. There is a full bathroom plus a further shower room, the kitchen is fully fitted with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also air-conditioning providing heat in the winter and cooling in the summer. The apartment has an open plan living/dining room that opens out onto a terrace equipped with patio furniture, which overlooks Burriana Beach, the sea and surrounding area, a wonderful place to enjoy the sun, eat and enjoy a glass of Sangria!

For the technology fans, the apartment also has WiFI as well as UK Internet TV. You can even bring movies/TV programs on a USB memory stick and play them directly on the TV.

Incredible location and Nerja is the best town on the Costa del Sol bar none.

All of the facilities and climate but sensible prices and none of the raucous "lager lout" culture found round Marbella/Puerto Banus and that end of the coast.

What makes this apartment unique

As soon as you walk into the lounge and see the triple aspect windows giving a panoramic view of the bay you will fall in love with this place.

Walking out onto the huge balcony is an amazing feeling with a 180 degree view of the beach and sea.

It is a spectacular place for a holiday and the Penthouse is far bigger than any of the other apartments around it. You will not be disappointed.

Great holiday

Fabulous situation and the apartment was very well situated. All rooms plus the balcony a great size. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Our taxi was waiting at the airport as arranged and picked us up promptly for our return without any hitches (arranged by the people who look after the apartment ) We had 10 days of pure relaxation and 1 night of thunderstorms which was beautiful to watch whilst sitting on the balcony .

On the downside but not a major problem was the bedding was pretty worn and a bit uncomfortable to lie on , very thin bottom sheets on the bed and some of the crockery was chipped or had cracks .

Would have given this holiday full marks had the apartment not been just a little tired but for the time we spent in it it was still great.

Owner's Response: Really glad you had a good time and enjoyed the apartment. Many thanks for the feedback which will be acted upon. The Penthouse was completely repainted 10 months ago and two sets of bedding purchased so that everything should be fresh for the new season. Obviously, this isn't what you found so my apologies if old bedding was used? The plates and cups are constantly replenished but chips and cracks are sadly accumulated with every visitor. I hope it didn't detract too much from your stay and hope to see you again.

fantastic holiday

My family and I had a really great time in this property in Nerja. It was perfect for our stay. There was plenty of space in the apartment, with 2 teenagers needing space this was ideal. The view was amazing from the balcony. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in between visits to the beach, which was so close. We had breakfast and lunch on the balcony, the table and chairs perfectly located for watching the world go by and shaded with a large umbrella. In the evening after returning from dinner we sat on the balcony , comfortable outdoor furniture, playing cards and chatting looking out over the sea.

The kitchen was so well stocked with equipment which we were very pleased about as we like cooking. The washing machine was a great addition for beach towels and swimming gear etc. For my 12 year old there was plenty of beach toys, flippers, buckets/spades, bats and a ball and a football which we got great use of on the beach.

The wifi was essential for everyone!

The beds were very comfortable, showers perfect. The apartment was very clean when we arrived.

The old town of Nerja is beautiful, restaurants and atmosphere lovely.

We spent a lovely holiday in Nerja as a family, we are planning on going back next year in June again.

I highly recommend this apartment.

Just returned from Nerja having stayed in this wonderful apartment. It could not have provided a better location nor any better views. The apartment itself is spacious, well equipped and has a large balcony that provides fantastic views of the beach and sea. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic apartment - Fantastic Location

This is the second time that my wife & I have stayed in this apartment & have just completed a 4 week stay.

Everything about the apartment is excellent. Not just a holiday apartment but more a home from home. Very clean & tidy & everything, yes, everything is catered for.

Fantastic views from the large balcony overlooking Burriana Beach & out to sea with sun all day long. What better place to drink a G&T or glass of wine.

Plenty of restaurants & just a walk from the famous Ayo's for paella. For those without transport Nerja is a fairly easy, if uphill walk away.

Would I come back again? Certainly, without a doubt.

Wonderful apartment with stunning views

My friends and I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which was spacious, clean and perfectly situated to enjoy Burriana and is a short walk to Nerja centre. The terrace is south facing giving all day long sunshine with beautiful uninterrupted sea views. Would highly recommend this apartment and I am sure that we will return!
