Beautiful and spacious apartment

Clean, spacious and well equipped apartment with a lovely terrace and shared pool. Only a few minutes from the beach. Ideal if you want to visit Marbella Old Town or Puerto Banus but come back to tranquility! Highly recommended

Fanstastic location with great views

Very clear communication with owner and Marcus - the manager on site. Apartment was very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. Appreciated the English TV channels. Very secure gated residence and just a 3 minute walk to a great beach and Karma Restaurant. Was perfect for just 2 as we had a bathroom each. Loved the kitchen on the top floor with its great views of Africa and Gibralta. Was perfect :)

Perfect location

We had a lovely 3 week holiday in this fantastic located apartment only a 5 min walk from the beach, nice and well preserved pool facilities and we really enjoyed the beautiful terras views we definitely recommend this apartment however sun shades in the top floor kitchen would have been nice and cooler 😉

Absolutely beautiful

We stayed in berries apartment in October 2014 what can I say!!!its an absolutely beautiful place soo clean really comfy bed me and my husband and our two children really didn't want to come home .the beach is soo beautiful you can walk for miles we spent all day on there most days but the roof terrace at the apartment is fab I got a lovely all over sun tan!!!!! Very private the weather was perfect 30 on some days we didn't have a car as you don't really need one ,I mean why rush everywhere when your in such a wonderful place ,the supermarket will bring your shopping directly to your door within the hour so we didn't mind the 15/20 minute walk to the shops plus you pass a park on the way there so elsie n Seth loved it and you can walk back on the beach just perfect , we got a local man taxi driver to pick us up from Malaga airport Ricardo what a lovely man he was recommended to us by bernie it was €70 euros both ways I can not wait to go back to las chapas it's a beautiful place that we all fell in love with

Delightful Apartment

This is a really delightful apartment well situated for beach and all amenities,shops,restaurants. Bernie and Nick (on site) made us very welcome. The apartment is extremely comfortable with all that is needed for a pleasnt holiday. A little gem of a local restaurant that Nick told us about on arrival is CostaBella (out of the gate straight over down Andalucia 500 yds on the left. Also worth checking out is El Arenal restaurant down on the beach (5 mins)

We hope to return tothis lovely apartment next year. Thanks Bernie

We bought this property in Costabella because it is only 35 mins from Malaga airport by car and 10 mins from Marbella yet it is located in quiet residential area. Good bus service in this area which means car hire is not essential.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 56 Kilometres Nearest Train : Fuengirola at 27 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

Beach is 3 min walk. The beach is one of the best beaches in this area

Travel:

Nearest airport is Malaga which is 35min drive. Good bus service in the area. Car hire is not essential.

Distances:

Large shopping centre is 15 mins drive (La Canada).

Elveria is 5 min drive where there is a host of restaurants and coffee shops.

Supermarket and coffee shops are 2 min walk away
