Notes on accommodation: The apartment is ideal for 2 adults . Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment although ashtrays are provided for outside use only. We ask that you respect this. There is a selection of DVDs and books for your enjoyment whilst staying in the apartment. Outside: Shared pool with pool side showers and sun loungers are provided for your use. Security fencing surrounding the swimming pool area. There is a children’s section of the pool all surrounded by beautiful well kept mature botanical gardens. There is also a tennis court for your use and a fitness centre with a variety of exercise machines. (tennis racquets are provided). Please note the tennis court and fitness centre are used at your own risk. We the owners take no liability for any accidents or injury caused whilst using these facilities. Free WI-FI zone. Utility Room: Utility: iron, ironing board, foldable clothes dryer, mop and bucket, sweeping brush and dustpan. Outside clothes line. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Cleaning: Bedding, hand and bath towels, tea towels are supplied. (NO beach towels). Cleaning is carried out prior to arrival, an interim clean is available on request at an extra charge. Bedlinen, tea towels and towels will be changed weekly. Other: Patio table and 4 chairs provided on the balcony. Please note this is a no smoking apartment, ashtrays are provided for outside use only. Please respect. Free WiFi zone situated in court yard area near gym. Tennis racquets are provided.

Relaxing stay in a lovely apartment on a lovely residential complex

It's the 5th time we have stayed at Residential Las Dunas Apartments, but the first time we have stayed in this particular apartment, which we consider to be the best out of the 5 we have stayed in. The instructions for accessing the apartment couldn't have been any clearer and on entering the apartment we found complimentary tea, coffee, milk and water, which we were very grateful for and considered a lovely gesture.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay, including TV with English Channels (not that we used it), cd player, washing machine, iron, ironing board, safe, sandwich maker and all the kitchen utensils and crockery you would usually require at home.

The bedroom was lovely with a very comfortable bed and lovely mirrored wardrobes. The wardrobes had plenty of storage which helped to keep the room tidy.

I couldn't help but laugh when I first went into the bathroom as there were a set of scales. The scales helped us monitor our weight for the first few days, but by the 2nd week we'd completely over indulged - so from then on they weren't used!

At the start of the 2nd week someone came to change the bedding and towels which we weren't expecting as it hadn't happened in the other apartments we had stayed in. This was definitely a plus for us.

I would thoroughly recommend this particular apartment which is situated in a good location on a lovely well kept complex. All credit must be given to the owners for putting some thought into what to include in the apartment to make the holiday maker's stay as comfortable as possible.

Lovely little apartment in a great location.

First visit and stayed for 7 nights. Apartment is lovely and found a lot of little thoughtful touches throughout that you don't normally get in a rented property. Situated in a great location within the complex, the apartment has a view of the lovely pool. Less than 10 minutes from a supermarket,bars and restaurants and only 20 mins from the main strip of Corralejo.

Very easy to book and owners nice and friendly to deal with.

An excellent apartment within an excellent locatio

Had a 2 week stay at this apartment and the place was excellent.

The apartment was modern, clean, all mod cons, great layout, well maintained and within a great Residence.

Steve and Debbie are very helpful to deal with and provide an excellent service.

The balcony is a sun trap 1st thing in the morning and lovely and cool in the evenings with an excellent pool view.

Was in an excellent location that wasnt noisy but within walking distance of all main attractions.

I would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone thinking of renting here.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at the apartment, it had everything we needed for our stay, it was extremely comfortable and very well equipped.

It was lovely to have breakfast on the balcony in the morning sunshine, in fact the balcony was a real sun trap (we needed the patio umbrella at lunch time for some shade). The pool was great and there were plenty of sun loungers.

The shopping complex with supermarket, shops, bars and coffee shops was just a 5 minute walk away with the main town about a 10 minute walk away.

Dealing with Steve and Debbie was excellent and their responses were always very prompt.

A perfect location for a relaxing holiday. The apartment and complex were ideal. Apartment was modern, coean, well equipped with everything needed for a self catering visit. The bed was comfortable and the pillows proper ones unlike the thin ones normally provided. Those little extras such as bottled water, tea, coffee etc on arrival made settling in so much easier. Steve and Debbie, the owners couldn't have been nicer more helpful. Would I return ? In a breath

Location

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Corralejo is a hive of activity with many attractions for those who are looking for adventure. Snorkelling, diving, surfing, boat trips, power kites, buggies and bicycle hire and many more all can be booked locally.

Coast/Beach:

The closest beach to the apartment is a 5-10 mins stroll and the award winning Blue Flag Beach is approx 15 mins. The spectacular Olivia Beach is a short bus trip away and should not be missed on your trip. If you hire a car we suggest that you go round the island to visit the many private coves. El Cotillo is a must. It takes only 2 hours to drive from the top of the island to the bottom.

Travel:

Fuerteventura has only one airport and will cost approx 50 euros in taxi to Corralejo each way. Car hire is not essential as Las Dunas is situated near the centre of Corralejo, but a car would be recommended if you wish to explore the island. Buses are one of the easiest ways of getting around the island of Fuerteventura. There is a ferry service which operates from Corralejo to Playa Blanca in Lanzarote several times a day.

Distances:

The nearest small supermarket and bar are only 200m away and the lovely new Canarian open air shopping centre El Campanario which has a large supermarket, shops, tapas and pizza cafe, bars and restaurants and live entertainment most days and a local craft market on Sundays, only 5 mins walk away. The Baku Water Park is a 10 minute walk where there is also the local market held on a Monday and Friday mornings. The town centre, bars, shops, restaurants and beaches are a leisurely 20 minutes walk.

Changeover Day:
Changeovers are flexible depending on bookings, but if fully booked then check-in is 2pm and check out is 10am. We aim to be flexible to suit your needs when and if possible.
