Built around an authentic interior patio with an original olive press dining room,cinema & pool room, and a swimming pool barbecue pavilion with kitchen comprising a total area of some 1,600 m2 (17,500 sq.ft.). Living rooms, a large country kitchen, a dramatic dining room, a lovely Master suite with dressing room, library and marble bathroom to outside gardens, as well as five other large double bedrooms with their bathrooms provides the main accommodation.There are also an additional two apartments; one Master Suite with separate entrance and living/kitchen plus large 4-poster bedroom leading to the pool terrace and the Second Apartment with two bedrooms,shared shower room and living area/kitchenette.

I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we are having in your house – I have never felt so at home and so comfortable anywhere else that I have stayed !! And Ive stayed in a huge number of places over the years. You have been really brilliant in creating a wonderful home – your attention to detail is second to none !( I am very similar so I notice all those things). It is wonderful that you share your house – and we are truly happy here and very relaxed – Im sitting at your kitchen table as I write listening to the sheep bells off in the distance – its really magical .

Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The Port of Soller is 4000 meters driving by car and 2000 meters walking via Govern walking path.

Tennis court in our Olive Grove

Lluc Alcari and Cala Deia are 15 minutes by car.

Travel:

Palma airport is maximum 40 minutes away (approx. 32 kilometers) and easily accessed with the tunnel of Soller.

Distances:

3km meters to village of Soller ,with lively village square and cafés, market, supermarket,post office, banks and many small shops. There is a lively open-air market on Saturday.There is a charming tram connecting Soller to the Port of Soller app.5km ......and a train dating from 1912 connecting Soller to Palma, a ride of 20 minutes through the heart of the Island.

4km to the Port of Soller for boats and restaurants.

12km to the picturesque Cala of Deya for swimming and fisherman tavernas.
