Loft moroni is located in the heart of trastevere area, at a stone throw from piazza trilussa, the romantic locations of the tiber river, the 16th century’s ponte sisto and 10 minutes walking from the vatican and san peter's basilica. Vicolo moroni is a little blind alley closed to traffic and framed by the ancient roman city walls built by the emperor aurelian. Not far from there you’ll find the farnesina palace with raphael’s paintings and the places dear to “the fornarina” (the raphael’s favorite model), the famous villa corsini picture gallery and the botanical garden. Loft moroni is in a quite location but in the middle of trastevere area with its busy squares and alleys, a labyrinth of narrow streets, with its ancient churches, illustrious memories and dozens of small restaurants, wine bars and eating spots for every tastes and pockets.
My name is Marta. Since more than 10 years I give the warmest welcome to the guests of my apartments, personally curating every detail of their staying in Rome. My life long passion for Travels, Art and Architecture brought me to renovate historical apartments with a contemporary taste. What I like to offer to my guests are not only the most comfortable accommodations in the best spots of the city, but above all special places to stay for a unique experience of Rome.
I love these area because is in the heart of historical centre and it is a characteristic aera.In a peaceful lane barred by the Aurelian Walls and closed to traffic, you';ll find a delightful apartment, former annex of the 17th century's Palazzo Moroni, finely restored with wooden ceilings and an independent entrance
Just out these street there are lot of restaurants, pubs, bar.
The quiet street. The bed rooms overlook the convent garden. The apartment just restored.

The most enormous thank you for the most wonderful stay in Loft Moroni. We absolutely loved the apartment: it was stylish & perfectly located. Trastevere was the perfect base to explore Rome & gave the children lots of freedom. We walked everywhere without difficulty & then enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of Trastevere in the evenings. We also loved shopping in the mornings for breakfast: coffee, bread, cheese & hams.
Thank you also for your time on our arrival. Your advice was invaluable.
We'll strongly recommend your beautiful apartment & hope to return.
Thank you again & best wishes,
