60m2 Two bedrooms apartment with bathroom and separate toilet More like a Maisonnette with in a historical and secure property 2 min walking distance from the town center .

The sea is at the end of garden accessible by private door and you will have the keys for it

We have shaded private and secured parking for two cars immediatly by the front door .We provide some english tv programes and internet wifi broad band

We provide a gaz BBQ easy chairs longes outside table and chairs for 6 personnes

Bed linen,towells ,serviettes and départure cleaning are included.

We do accept your litle dog with no extra .

We dont ask for a déposit we want you to fell free,we have been renting now for for saisons and we are very happy.

We provide washing machine ,fridge freeser ,electrique hobs,micro wave and oven combine .

For the winter saison november to april heating is extra

We live in the south of france from the last 25 years after selling our french restaurant in Norwich we establish a construction and renovation firm. Two years ago we have an opportunity to purchase this apartment with direct acces to the sea so we did not hesitate.

As they are so few. Angela my english wife will be assisting you for any questions on the property or the living in the St Tropez area.

Hidden Gem

This apartment is a hidden gem in a quiet residential area of St Aygulf yet only a stone's throw from the sea and the town.

We stayed here for four weeks in June and from day one we felt right at home. We don’t need to repeat all the helpful comments in the previous reviews by other people who have obviously also enjoyed staying here. Although there is a lot of equipment, we found the apartment much bigger than we imagined from the photos on the website and the small bath wasn’t a problem. The owner, Alain, did say there have been some recent problems with French digital services restricting UK channels but we were happy with Sky News if we wanted to catch up.

It’s worth mentioning that the microwave is also an oven and grill and the outside gas barbeque is very easy to use.

This is an ideal spot as a base for getting out and about, just lazing in the garden, swimming at the nearby beach or taking a stroll into St. Aygulf. We came by car but for any visitors relying on public transport there is a bus stop a short walk away on the main road where you can catch the bus to St. Tropez via Ste. Maxime or to St. Raphael where there is a station on the main Marseille-Ventimiglia line.

If the opportunity arises, we would have no hesitation in staying here again.

So lovely

Stayed here for a week have visited st aygulf many times and it doesn't change beautiful place the apartment is lovely and has everything you need lovely enclosed patio area and you are right at the beach and 2 mins walk up into st aygulf Alain and Angela were very helpful we will definitely be back again didn't want to go home

Quiet haven

Cosy ground floor apartment with access to beach via privste road. Garden lacks sun this early in the year but will be cool and shady in the height of the summer but still allow sunbathing. Not large but ample room for two. Cokker hob and microwave only for cooking but avery efficient fridge.

Nice location but ....

This is a ground floor flat in a three storey block located in a private park with other domestic buildings. The location near the sea and close to the shops etc in St Aygulf is ideal.

The flat is of average size and has all the equipment typically needed for a holiday. In fact it has too much equipment - eg there are 7 pans plus 2 frying pans and a couple of steamers, most of them stacked on the electric hob. The flat is rather cluttered with equipment and ornaments.

During our stay the TV could not show any UK terrestrial channels. However the biggest drawback of this flat was the poor bathing facility. The bath is shown on the property photographs so perhaps we should have realised how small it is - it was a case of knees pressed under the chin! The bath plug could be inserted but because the mechanism was not working we had to prise it out with a knife. Showering with the hand-held shower was difficult without spraying water everywhere!

perfect retreat

we stayed here for 8 weeks in the winter. Me my wife and our dog drove from the Eurotunnel. Everything is as described. 2 good sized double bedrooms with ample storage, separate toilet and bathroom the living, kitchen/diner, well equipped with cutlery, crockery glasses and cooking equipment. British television and Wifi. Everything had been cleaned and prepared by the owner Alain . the compound itself is very secure, the garden is also secure and private. parking is outside the rear door. the gate to the beach is at the end of the compound about 1 minute from the apartment. You can walk from here to the marina along the coastal path. The village centre is approx. 2 minutes walk, and has everything you need. market days are Tuesday and Friday and again has everything. clothing is quite cheap. The food market is there every day except Monday. Boules are played most afternoons on the village square. A flea market is very expensive and normally on Wednesday. Frejus is only 12 minutes drive away and is a lot cheaper than buying supplies in St Aygulf it also has an excellent Sunday market on the beachfront. And another good market is held in the church precinct on a Wednesday. In St Aygulf there is some good restaurants,"La Cassandieare" (opposite side of the square) is very good. there are plenty of bars but most were closed during our stay. however "Longchamps" is a friendly bar and worth a try. In Frejus the "Cuba Plage" restaurant is on the beach very good but expensive. I have mobility problems and had no problems at all. We don't think anyone would be disappointed with the apartment and its situation, I should imagine its gorgeous in the summer. Finally the owner Alain is a thorough gentleman and very helpful indeed. We fully intend to stay here again.

Idyllic family holiday

Great location for the beach and local amenities, banks, supermarkets, water park, etc. but still a quiet world away from everything. Well equipped property with everything you need for a base near the Mediterranean. Owners so empathetic to your needs and friendly without being invasive. The main square has dancing of an evening for a twirl around with loved ones, little or not! The beach at the port has lovely restaurants with waves as a backdrop. For a family self contained holiday we cannot recommend it enough! Eurostar and TGV travel amazing and finished off our stress free holiday.

The main reason was the direct access to the sea the garden of 150m2 the proximity of the town center 2 minutes walk, the two parkings and the total secluded and quiet property those five elements make the flat unique also Saint Aygulf is 45min from the airport it is a small town with all the aminities provençal markets twice a week restaurant of all descriptions with local supermarket

No swiming pool in the property so no nuisance from noise. No need to take your car for shoping. Themes park 2km away. Children park 3 min away. Easy access to St Tropez or Middle Var. Port at the end of the street. Free from noise I insist the only noise will be the birds.
