There is a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with twin beds, a family bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops. Living area with tv, dvd, some satellite channels. Terrace area with views over the sea, pool and mountains.

Located in a popular front-line complex in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment is situated in a very quiet location, yet right on your doorstep is the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

We loved the apartment. It's decorated to a high spec and had everything we needed.The location was perfect, and was surprisingly quiet at night even though it was so close to the strip. Your information booklet was great. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, it's fantastic value for money and location is perfect. Outstanding Apartment home from home

I had to write to say what a fantastic holiday we have just encountered and what a fantastic apartment we stayed in.

from making the initial enquiry to booking attending and coming home every aspect of our holiday was well thought out.

The apartment is ideally sited right on the main strip but also well away from the noise.

It was so peaceful and quite around the apartment and the pool area yet within a few minutes we were on the strip and on the beach.

I cannot find anything to fault the holiday or the apartment the welcome pack was a nice touch and very well appreaciated.

Victoria even arranged for us to be picked up and returned to the airport so we did not have to worry about trying to find the apartment.

It has been an absolute pleasure and we can't wait to book again and enjoy your wonderful apartment.

Super Stay in Lanzarote

From placing booking back in Oct15 to leaving the Appartment after 10 wonderful days in Lanzarote in Aug 16 I could not compliment Victoria and her appartment highly enough. Victoria was more than helpful with and questions / requests we had. The appartment itself was spotless clean, fresh towels twice visit & clean durin our 10 day stay. "Welcome pack" of wine, milk, cookies all went down a treat! Location could not b better, max 5min stroll to beach, 3 mins to main strip full of super retaurants and bars. Right beside pool, very handy for nipping back to eat etc in flat.

Already thinking of booking for next year again. We've been on a few sun holidays with our 2 girls, 8&7, this one was by far the best. Dont hesitate - book this appartment before its booked out!

Fabulous holiday

A must stay in Lanzarote

Cannot recommend this property enough - would be gutted if it was not available if/when we return to Puerto del Carmen.It's got everything and Vicky is so helpful and obliging. Do NOT hesitate to book but hopefully not when we want to go!

Lovely Apartment, Great Location

First visit to the Canary islands and will definitely return and to this apartment!

Arrived late afternoon and followed Victoria's instructions to find the apartment which were spot on as well as instructions for the key safe. The welcome pack was great especially the chilled bottle of Cava!

Met Victoria and husband the following morning and they were really friendly and helpful, giving us recommendations for restaurants etc. The El Golfo restaurant just up from the harbour was excellent for seafood with many locals dining there and full most nights.

The apartment was just as described on this website, truly first class. Everything you needed was provided and was very comfortable. The location of the apartments was great being immediately behind the 'strip'. Just cross the road and you were on the beach with at least a dozen bars/restaurants within two minutes walk from the apartment. If you are prepared to walk say 5 minutes then you would have many more to choose from. Many run special boards and you can dine and drink inexpensively if you wish.

The site required climbing some steps to get to the apartment, say 10 if you use the ramps so if you are disabled could be difficult to access. However, no issues for my wife and I so will return again in the future.

Fab location, fab apartment

Family with 2 teenage sons. Had a fab time. Having wi Fi in room kept lads happy when we were in the room. So close to Beach we could nip back to room if needed anything. Cleaning and facility's are to a very high standard. My elder son is now 18 so we didn't expect him to want to go on another family holiday but when I mentioned returning in 2016 he jumped at the opportunity. Lots to do in the resort for all ages. Roll on Aug 16. Can't wait to be in this apartment again. Been spoilt now. No package holidays can give you such luxury at this price and location.

We love the location because it is right on the beachfront, close to restaurants, bars and shops, but once you step inside the complex it is very quiet and peaceful.

Nearest Airport : ARRECIFE at 8 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 50 Metres Nearest Ferry : Old Town Harbour, Puerto del Carmen at 2 Kilometres Nearest Golf : at 5 Kilometres Nearest Train : Nearest Motorway : Nearest Restaurant : at 50 Metres Nearest Ski : Nearest Beach : Playa Grande, Puerto del Carmen at 100 Metres Car: not necessary


The beach is directly across the road from the entrance to the apartment complex. There are pedalos, sunbeds and umbrellas at this beach.


Arrecife airport is located a ten minute drive away with flights from all major and regional European airports. There is a ferry port located in Arrecife and another in Playa Blanca for routes to and from other Canary Islands and mainland Spain. Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore the rest of the island.


The Old Town and Biosfera shopping centre are approximately a ten minute stroll. Deiland shopping centre at Playa Honda is a 10 minute drive or 20 minutes by bus. Arrecife is a 15 minute drive or 30 minutes by bus.

Further Details:

Shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMS and banks can be found within walking distance from the apartment. There are many tourist attractions and activities on the Island that can be booked at any excursion centre on the main beach road in Puerto del Carmen. If you are interested in car hire, please let me know as I can obtain competitive quotes.

Booking Notes:
A 25% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, (i.e. Telegraphic transfer or online banking transfer) or paypal.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible depending on availability. The apartment will be available from 3pm on arrival day and will need to be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Late checkout is possible subject to availability and at a small surcharge.

Notes on prices:
Prices quoted are based on two people. There is a surcharge of 30 Pounds per person per week above the base price. Payments in Euros are also accepted.

25% non refundable deposit at time of reservation and balance payable four weeks prior to arrival in Lanzarote.

There is a large selection of DVDs including films and television series for you to watch and a large selection of books to read. Beach towels are included in the rental price. A hairdryer and iron/ironing board are provided. Large safe to securely store passports, laptops etc. WIFI now installed! Outside: There is a terrace with table, chairs and views to the communal pool, sea and mountains. There are sunbeds which are for the exclusive use for the occupants of the apartment. The communal swimming pool is 1.75 metres deep at the deep end and a children’s paddling area at the shallow end. There are lovely communal gardens to wander around. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. There is a mid week towel change and a weekly clean for durations of eleven nights or more.
