We loved the apartment. It's decorated to a high spec and had everything we needed.The location was perfect, and was surprisingly quiet at night even though it was so close to the strip. Your information booklet was great. We would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment, it's fantastic value for money and location is perfect. Notes on accommodation: This property has been totally refurbished in May 2012. There is a large selection of DVDs including films and television series for you to watch and a large selection of books to read. Beach towels are included in the rental price. A hairdryer and iron/ironing board are provided. Large safe to securely store passports, laptops etc. WIFI now installed! Outside: There is a terrace with table, chairs and views to the communal pool, sea and mountains. There are sunbeds which are for the exclusive use for the occupants of the apartment. The communal swimming pool is 1.75 metres deep at the deep end and a children’s paddling area at the shallow end. There are lovely communal gardens to wander around. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided. There is a mid week towel change and a weekly clean for durations of eleven nights or more.

A little gem of an apartment

We had spend our 2016 family holiday in Lanzarote and decided we wanted to go back this year again. I started to search around for properties and came across this apartment. I got in touch with Victoria August last year (2016). We booked the apartment for our 2017 holiday and have just returned after spending 13 nights there. From getting in touch with Victoria last year the booking went so smooth. This was our first time to book our holiday without the aid of a travel agent and yes we were nervous but from booking to returning all went fantastic.

We received the arrival instructions from Victoria and all went to plan. The apartment was fantastic, so clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The TV package was great for our 4yr old who decided he needed time out of the pool and sun for a midday nap most days. The mid stay clean was brilliant.

Having a washing machine was a god send. Having the air con was brilliant. We put in 2euro each evening before going out and the apartment was lovely and cool coming back in .

The location on the strip was so central. Yes you have a few steps to climb but after all you are in Lanzarote. Once in through the gates you leave behind the noise of the strip.

The pool for kids is ideal. A large shallow kids pool for those who don't like the deep end.

We had another brilliant family holiday in Lanzarote and this apartment made it that. We were fortunate to meet Victoria when there and we loved the apartment that much we have booked to return next year.

Thank you for making our family holiday special. Starting the count down to our return in summer 2018.

Perfect!!!

My friend and I have recently returned from this gorgeous property after a completely chilled and relaxing holiday. The apartment is beautifully clean, yes, it is situated up a few steps (65 to be precise!) but it is worth it for the views, peace and tranquillity you experience when you get there. Apartment E7 has everything you need and has the most heavenly comfortable beds!! Our only niggle was the very small shower cubicles, which, if like me you are rather buxom and carry extra padding it's a very tight squeeze!! Air conditioning is available in the apartment but to be honest we never needed to use it - we found if you open the rear bedroom window you get an amazing breeze that sweeps through the apartment keeping the rooms cool throughout the day (and us on the terrace). We thoroughly recommend the HiLife restaurant which can be found just outside the main entrance to the complex gates - it has a very extensive tasty menu!! Click on the 'Book now' you certainly won't regret it!! Thanks for a fantastic stay Victoria - it was lovely to see you (albeit it via Whatsapp). xx

Fab apartment in lovely surroundings.

Just returned from our stay in E7 apt. Really lovely lay out, has everything as described on web site. Beds are soooo comfy, the whole experience from booking to arriving all went so smoothly. Victoria is very friendly and left a booklet with all instructions for all appliances. Would recommend this apt. There are a few steps/slope before you get to the apt, and as we are both 60+ we got a bit out of breath at first, but got used to it ,so don't let this put you off.

Bright, clean and very quiet, but so close to the action!

The villa is located very close to the main strip but might have been in the country, easy access and very quiet.

The main points to praise are:-

well equipped villa

very comfortable furnishings

very clean and well presented on arrival,

welcome pack including milk OJ and Cava , biscuits, tea and sugar ( nice touch).

cleaners visit mid stay to change all towels and bedlinen and give villa the 'once over'

Only negative comment is lack of parking nearby for hire car .

Owners very helpful and recommended excellent local family run restaurant 'Santi' nearby.

Lovely Views

We found this to be a lovely bright, clean, apartment with lots of towels, DVD's etc etc, and lovely views from the patio, which gets the sun from morning 'til night. Lots of eateries and bars close by to choose from.

Considering this is Lanzarote, the TV & wifi could not have been better with lots of channel choices including most of the channels you would expect at home. Important to us for our daughter and we were here during December so good to know we had this to fall back on.

Great location right in the heart of Puerto del Carmen and so quiet at night in the apartment.

I guess it's only fair to mention the steps up to the apartment. There are quite a lot, and probably not a problem for most, but be aware if you are travelling with anyone less able, and you do need to carry all your shopping up them. We felt a bit like mountain goats by the end of the 2 weeks and actually rather enjoyed the challenge.

Also the shower enclosures are a little compact to say the least but ok so long as your not one of the more generously pear shaped Brits like me unfortunately! We would probably have preferred one roomier bathroom rather than it being split into 2.

However we certainly managed and had a lovely 2 weeks here.

Coast/Beach:

The beach is directly across the road from the entrance to the apartment complex. There are pedalos, sunbeds and umbrellas at this beach.

Travel:

Arrecife airport is located a ten minute drive away with flights from all major and regional European airports. There is a ferry port located in Arrecife and another in Playa Blanca for routes to and from other Canary Islands and mainland Spain. Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you wish to explore the rest of the island.

Distances:

The Old Town and Biosfera shopping centre are approximately a ten minute stroll. Deiland shopping centre at Playa Honda is a 10 minute drive or 20 minutes by bus. Arrecife is a 15 minute drive or 30 minutes by bus.

Further Details:

Shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMS and banks can be found within walking distance from the apartment. There are many tourist attractions and activities on the Island that can be booked at any excursion centre on the main beach road in Puerto del Carmen. If you are interested in car hire, please let me know as I can obtain competitive quotes.

Changeover day is flexible depending on availability. The apartment will be available from 3pm on arrival day and will need to be vacated by 11am on day of departure. Late checkout is possible subject to availability and at a small surcharge.
