Our family holiday home is well located for abersoch village, a setting of outstanding natural beauty with coastal walks in abundance. Lovely restaurants, cafe's and bars with a varied choice of cuisine, abersoch is lively yet relaxing a paradise for all ages and your teenage children will want to come with you, there's plenty to keep them occupied, they will not get bored. There is a local golf course within walking distance or a 2 minute drive if you don't want to carry your clubs. Delphis is a great place to escape to in abersoch with family and friends - even a long weekend is never enough you will want to come back - its just impulsive.

My wife, my daughter, son in law, four granchildren and I stayed in this superb bungalow for a week of sunshine and warmth on oyr first visit to Abersoch. It would be hard to find a more comfortable, well- equipped "home from home". In fact, after many years of renting through Owners Direct, we have not. The bungalow, beautifully appointed, has everything needed for a great stay and more! Tula and Darren have thought of everything to ensure that whoever stays in Delphis will want for nothing. The rooms are spacious and comfortable - very well appointed yet giving a feeling of relaxation. This really is high class accommodation and, if Abersoch is your choice for a holiday ( and if the sun shines it should be), then choose Delphis. You will not be disapppinted.
A great Holiday House
Great location for restaurants and beach, literally 10 mins walk, so no need for the car. House immaculately clean, well maintained to a very high standard with everything provided for a great stay. We went as a family group and had a lovely time.An exceptional property which I would not hesitate to recommend. We fully intend visiting again. Mike Jones
We stayed as a large family group over Easter and just loved this house. Decor and furnishings are immaculate and house is spotlessly clean. There are many lovely touches throughout which give a feeling of being on holiday by the seaside. The kitchen is very well stocked with crockery and glasses, in fact everything you could possibly need.We enjoyed the large raised terrace with table and chairs and spectacular seaviews. Parking is a problem in Abersoch so location is great - room for 3 cars and a 10 minute walk to village or beach. There is a small but well stocked supermarket 2 streets away. We found the owner very helpful and friendly and she responded immediately to any queries we had. This is a lovely holiday home and we just can't wait to go back.
Arrived in Abersoch and was greeted with a lovely property. It is furnished beautifully with every need catered for. We had a fantastic few days and we felt it a true home from home. Drinks on the terrace with spectacular views over the headland. A short walk(10 minutes Max)takes you in to the town which has some very good restaurants and bars. A similar walk takes you down to the beautiful beach where a range of watersports are available. A very good golf course is close by so no need to use the car at all.

We echo previous reviews. We stayed for a week with 3 young children and both sets of parents. The house suited everyone! Beautifully equipped and furnished inside, with enough space outside, including two outside sitting areas, one with a lovely and unexpected sea view. Easy walk to both beach and town. We were really pleased with our choice!
Great Place Great Location
A beautiful modern property, spotlessly clean and well equipped it just makes you relax and unwind with that holiday feeling as soon as you walk through the door. The deck area is lovely for breakfast evening meal or just a drink and comes with a sea view. The house is really well located a nearby shop within walking distance and more importantly a short walk into Abersoch which is a necessity as parking is very limited. Lovely beaches within walking distances or a short drive to few other beaches if you want a change of scenery and plenty of walks. Abersoch itself is lively and infectious, we had a great holiday and really enjoyed ourselves, good pubs, bars and restaurants. Coconut Kitchen Thai Restaurant is a must but book well in advance and the relaxed, casual atmosphere of Manana's makes for a great night out. If you have teenage children they will want to come along and not just because there is WIFI! We would highly recommend this House and Abersoch and can't wait until we go again!
Activity and Interests
8 minutes walk to over 3 local beaches where water sports are available, there are numerous other beaches to explore to include surfing at Hells Mouth (10 min drive) or Whistling sands (20 min drive), body boarding at Porth Cerriad (5 min drive)
Pwllheli is a 10 minute drive with major supermarket if needed - why not use Tesco Direct!
Off road parking for 3 cars on our private driveway or 2 cars and a small power boat.

- Notes on accommodation: Delphis has a strict no smoking policy. No pets No Stag or hen parties. Outside: Garden terrace has large table and 8 reclining chairs suitable for al-fresco dining and 2 sun loungers to enjoy it's south facing position. The private back patio has large table with 6 chairs,2 sun loungers and a barbecue. The lawn is to the front of the property. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen is included and laundered weekly. Towels and beach towels are not included so bring with you. Other: All rooms have been recently reburbished.
