Harbour Snug offers basic comfortable accommodation for guests who want to be close to all this beautiful village has to offer. One double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room/dining area. Step out of the front door and within seconds you are at the sea or within a couple of minutes you are on the bustling main street and wandering in and out of the pubs, restaurants and shops. Harbour Snug is next to the Schooner Inn which does get lively at weekends and bank holidays. Seahouses is possibly the most popular and vibrant holiday resort on the North East coast, Berwick, Bamburgh, Beadnell, Alnwick, Embleton and Craster are all easily accessed from here. There is no parking to the front of the property but there is unreserved parking in the surrounding streets, Seahouses has a large car park in the centre of the village. The village has its own golf course and there is an abundance of golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Notes on accommodation: Dog friendly, maximum of 2 well behaved dogs. We charge £10 per dog. Sorry but this apartment is strictly non-smoking. Basic accomodation next to the Schooner Inn which can be loud on a Friday and Saturday night. Outside: Limited free parking is available to the side of the property and the surrounding streets but this is on a first come first served basis. There is a large car park in Seahouses. Cleaning / Towels / Linen: All bed linen is included, along with hand/bath and tea towels for use in this apartment. The apartment is cleaned with all linen changed prior to the arrival of guests. All fuel is included.

Close to the beach, Cozy with nice nautical touches.

Very well equipped apartment. Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Should advise to take slippers and dog beds - the floor is cold!

Loved Seahouses Loved The Snug

First visit to Seahouses and it won't be the last, the whole place was buzzing and the weather was great. As for the Snug, it was immaculate, perfect for our needs and in a superb location so close to the sea. The only problem was that we didn't book for longer!

Very clean, excellent location. No parking

Excellent location. A very clean well equipped property. Could do with a rug in the living room to make it cosy as tiles cold to walk on. Found parking a nightmare as surrounding streets were double yellow lines and had clamping signs up and the local car park had signs saying no overnight parking. Had to park on the main road into Seahouses. The people in the cottage across the road got a free 'Northumberland car park pass' with their property this maybe worth looking into.the property was spotlessly clean and in an excellent location.

Harbour Snug

A lovely little cottage, compact and perfectly suited to our needs. The cottage was spotless on our arrival and there is plenty of information on the workings of the cottage( Electricity etc). We would certainly recommend it.

The property is approximately 100 yards from the beach with the harbour a further 100 yards.

Distances:

Bamburgh 2 miles with shops, pubs, restaurants.

Alnwick 14 miles with shops, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, banks.

Embleton 8 miles with shops, pubs, childrens play park.

Craster 11 miles with art gallery, pubs, restaurant.

Further Details:

Everything you will hopefully need to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible is within walking distance of the apartment, there are 2 pubs nearby! Harbour Snug now has wifi.
