Step out of the front door and within seconds you are at the sea or within a couple of minutes you are on the bustling main street and wandering in and out of the pubs, restaurants and shops. Seahouses is possibly the most popular and vibrant holiday resort on the North East coast, Berwick, Bamburgh, Beadnell, Alnwick, Embleton and Craster are all easily accessed from here. The village has its own golf course and there is an abundance of golf courses within a 30 minute drive.

Super, convenient, clean and comfortable
Very clean and tidy property with a comfortable bed, television in each room and free wi-fi. Absolutely as advertised. Owner very helpful and friendly by phone and email. We were warned about parking, but found a place just up the lane next door for the whole week. The pub next door is welcoming and not noisy. The harbour is in easy walking distance with the golf course a little further. The town centre is also very close on foot. Try Lewis's for fish and chips! Craster is a pretty village but pricey; Bamburgh and Dunstanburgh Castles are both good, as is Holy Island. Alnwick and Howick Gardens are both worth a visit. All the beaches are stunning. I'd certainly recommend this value-for-money property to anyone.
Excellent apartment exactly as described.
We booked this last minute, but it was no trouble at all for the owner who replied to my enquiry very quickly and we were booked in in no time. We were given instructions how to access the property and it was very easy. On arrival though we had been told parking was first come first served we were delighted to find a spot right next to snug for whole weekend so parking not a problem at all. The apartment is lovely..very clean and tidy and with everything in that you need. The pub next door - The Schooner was very welcoming to us and our dog which was great. The food in Bamburgh Inn was excellent and they have a great beer garden too overlooking Farne islands and Bamburgh Castle. We loved the snug and all amenities around. Lovely walks along coastal path in either direction which we all enjoyed. Would definitely book into Harbour Snug again.

Contacted owner after reading negative review, he gave me an explanation and I booked straight away, so glad that I did as me, wife and pug had a great time. Will be recommending to friends as Harbour Snug is very comfortable and the beach and pet friendly pubs are close at hand. 5 star stay
Perfect Laal Snug
Just back from our stay and wish I was back there! The Snug is a great little apartment, not sure why the reviewer below was disappointed. Provided everything required, everything was clean and the instructions were certainly not excessive being more like friendly handy hints, located in the areas to which they relate. I found this extremely useful. The Snug is also in an excellent location. Pub next door and the one next door to that very welcoming, including to dogs which was a bonus for us as we had our two collies with us. They also give Harbour Snug and Seahouses their seal of approval! We all hope to return, soon...great time had by all!

Craster 11 miles with art gallery, pubs, restaurant.
Everything you will hopefully need to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible is within walking distance of the apartment, there are 2 pubs nearby! Harbour Snug now has wifi.

A £100 non refundable deposit is required when booking holidays of up to 7 nights and a £200 non refundable deposit is required when booking holidays of between 7 and 14 nights, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 6 weeks of your holiday then full payment is required at the time of booking. There is an extra charge of £10 per dog per stay.
Changeover day is Saturday for 7 night holidays but during less busy periods we may be able to change this if required.
Guests may access the property from 3pm on the day of arrival and must leave by 10am on the day of departure.

Outside: Limited free parking is available to the side of the property and the surrounding streets but this is on a first come first served basis. There is a large car park in Seahouses and weekly passes can be purchased from the Tourist Information shop situated in the car park. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen is included, along with hand/bath and tea towels for use in this apartment. The apartment is cleaned with all linen changed prior to the arrival of guests. All fuel is included.
