A beautifully presented, ground floor, garden flat property located in the heart of the Malvern Hills. Beautifully
refurbished throughout to provide a spacious and idyllic accommodation, this property is an ideal escape to the
countryside for both families and friends. The garden flat is set over the ground floor is accessed through the main
entrance porch which leads into the beautiful living area with quarry tiled flooring, sofas, and a TV with Freeview. The
large flag stoned floored kitchen/diner is fantastic for cooking and hosting family meals, fitted with a gas hob, electric
oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer. You can sit at the large, 6 seater dining table, which just exudes quality
and style, or head on through into the lawned garden and sit and relax on the outside furniture on warm evenings. The
property has two bedrooms, consisting of a double bed and the second a small double bed. A shower room, basin and WC.
A seperate cloakroom with a basin and WC. Just a short distance from the property, accessible via a short walk,
Waitrose can be located, numerous shops, restaurants and the local pub The Red Lion. Outside the property is private
parking for one car. A full
outside seating area is available, perfect with a refreshing drink to plan your daily activities. The Malvern Hills Area of
Outstanding Natural Beauty is on the doorstep and would be a perfect location for a picnic or a long walk. This
charming garden flat can be enjoyed at any time of year.

A smelly basement flat
The property named Garden View although spacious was not comfortable due to it being a basement. It is advertised as a ground floor which is a misrepresentation. The ambience was dark and cold. When we entered the property the first thing that hit us was the damp smell. It was horrendous as the smell was everywhere. As we looked around there were signs that the property may have had a flood in the past and looked like it hadn’t been lived in for a while. The tiled floors had a salty residue, which the owners had tried to cover up with rugs. Our clothes in the morning were damp and it wasn’t very nice. The bathroom had mold on tiles and due to the dampness had lots of spiders, which didn’t go down too well with our teenage daughters. Further, the smell was worst in the bathroom as not only did they have the damp smell, they it had toilet blocked drainage smell too. Windows had to be kept open for airing while we were there. We grin and bared it as didn’t want to ruin our holiday since we really needed a break to spend time with family. We left a day early as we just wanted to get home. The lack of previous reviews was a warning sign we did not heed. We trusted that properties would be vetted. I don’t think this happened here. Avoid.

Lovely place. Very friendly hosts. Great location for hills and town. Pershore and Ledbury a must.

Excellent location with friendly owners
The apartment had all the equipment necessary for eating in. We ate breakfast and then went out. Fantastic location to visit Worcester, Hereford Cathedral & the Mappa Mundi, Hay-on-Wye and we loved Ledbury which was very close. Although the kitchen, bedrooms, lounge and bathroom were exceptionally clean, it did have a “tired” feel to it.

A few days in Malvern
A spacious garden flat in a great location to stroll into Malvern Lovely lounge with access to the garden. Kitchen is well equipped and looks out onto a passage. The rooms further back in the property are darker but are bedrooms/bathrooms.
